Enjoy year around lake life staying in this beautiful cabin that looks out onto the Marina at Lucien Lake. Unplug and enjoy camping, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, evening camp fires with a smokeless firepit and more.

This cabin is kept cool in the summer with air conditioning and warm in the winter with boiler in-floor heat & a natural gas fireplace.

Lucien Lake offers a regional park with an excellent beach, play park for kids, a tasty camp kitchen and much more.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms in the cabin
- the main floor has a queen beed
- the loft area has 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed in each (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top)

The loft area has a 55" TV on a 90 degree swivel that allows you to watch TV from the comfort of a sectional couch.

The sectional couch pulls out and serves as a spare queen size bed offering additional sleeping space for friends / children etc.

The cabin faces the newly built Water's Edge Marina on Lucien Lake. You are literally 100' from the private marina. Boat launch access is provided with each stay where you can easily put your boat in the water and enjoy the day on the lake. NOTE: The marina docks are private so please don't tie your boat up at a marina dock - you must take your boat out of the marina when you come in off the lake.

There is a dedicated fire pit area that will have 8 homemade chairs (made by our 11 year old daughter). The fire pit is custom made to reduce the amount of smoke coming from the fire (they call it a smokeless fire pit...all I can say is once the fire gets burning hot it significantly reduces the amount of smoke creating a more enjoyable time sitting around the fire.

The fire pit also has outdoor blinds that need to be mechanically lowered (the tool to lower the blinds will be in the garden shed). Use the tool to lower the blinds and block the wind. These blinds are very effective in blocking the wind and they create a much more enjoyable time sitting around the fire...especially in Saskatchewan where the wind always seems to be blowing.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire living space inside the cabin and lot. There is a black steel door at the back of the cabin. Inside this door there is a 700 gallon water tank and the water pump for the cabin. You do not need access into this room.

- You will also have access to the private marina in order to launch your boat.

- If you have your fishing license, feel free to fish off the marina docks that don't have any boats tied up to them. The perch are really biting, it is a great time for young kids...our son would fish there all day if we let him.

- Down the road (to the south) there is a children's playground that you have access to and immediately adjacent to the playground is a beach that you also have access to.

- Feel free to use all the walking paths through the ecologically preserved areas around the development.
