WE OPEN IN WINTER BUT THE SWIMMIMG POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 31ST MARCH.
We are a French native couple, in love with nature and Ireland, we live on the property, among the ducks and wild geese.
Driney house is located in the County of Leitrim, in the heart of the Shannon Valley, on the Waterways.
It is located in one of the most important areas for sport fishing.
The property has its own garden on the shores of the lake Scur.
it is close to traditional pubs and small shops.

The space
Driney House consists of 2 houses that can accommodate 12 people, 9 people for the Main House and 3/4 people for the Guest House. These two houses are rented together.
These two houses are not semi-detached but are located 10 meters from each other

There is a playground area, a trampoline for children, a concrete area for playing tennis or basketball. a garden with a view of the lake. access to the lake with a private jetty and access to a private heated swimming pool at Driney house just for you.

*The Main house consists of:

- 1 big bedroom with a double bed 160 + 1 single bed + 1 bathroom and toilets
- 1 bedroom bed 160 + 1 bathroom and toilet.
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor for person with reduced mobility. (Bunkbed - 1 bed 150 on bottom + 90 on top) + 1 bathroom and toilets for person with reduced mobility.This room has exterior access to the parking and direct access to the lounge. It can accommodate 3 people.
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room fireplace.
- Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.

*The Guest House consists of :

-1 little equipped kitchen open to the living room fireplace
-1 small dishwasher
- 1 bathroom and toilets
-1 double bedroom
-1 little room

-Private parking.
-Access to the indoor heated pool every day from 9am to 7pm from 1st of April to 31st of October. We come every morning to open it and to check water temperature and every evening to close it.
WE NOW OPEN IN WINTER BUT THE SWIMMIMG POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1 st NOVEMBER TO 31st of March.
- Bed and bath linen provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the house.
- private access to the lake 50 meters from the garden.
- Private jetty 50 meters in the garden (on request if you need to use it)

- wifi very low
- Bed and bath linen provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the house.
- the house is no smoking area.
-We are living on the property.
-we do not allowed group of people coming for party.
