Apartment holiday rentals in Spinola Bay

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

It was spacious had everything we needed for our week's holiday. spotlessly clean and comfortable and so close to all the amenities that Tas-Slimea had to offer. We had a great stay in Valletta - the apartment is in a fantastic location with it being only a few minutes walk from lots of bars, shops & restaurants. There are some aspects of the apartment that need refreshing/touching up but overall the apartment is clean and well kept and matches the photos and description on the listing. I had to contact Airbnb as I didn’t have any check in details or the exact address of the apartment which was quite stressful when we were due to land in Malta in less than 24 hours time, but they managed to get hold of the host and I received the details. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely recommend bringing some ear plugs as there are lots of church bells in the area!

This apartment is spacious amd comfortable for our group of 5. We enjoyed using the balconies at breakfast time and in the evening. Well located and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Highly recommended this apartment

We were made to feel very welcomed and they were very helpful when we arrived early with a large suitcase. They let us know about local events and although didn’t need their help to operate any of the very new appliances they messaged to say were happy to help. We loved the apartment - just perfect for our family to be able to explore the island - good transport links too.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Cristian's apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk to the vibrant St. Julian's area, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. The bus stop is close by, allowing you to explore the island easily. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Cristian was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful. The check-in and check-out process was clear, as were the detailed instructions for using the amenities. In short, if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Malta, this is the spot!

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately inspired us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment - the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again immediately. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

Joseph and Alex were extremely kind and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area was beautiful. Joseph provided everything we needed - we had cheese eggs and his signature sourdough bread when we arrived. We had a toddler with us and Joseph provided everything we needed for our toddler to have a comfortable stay. I would thoroughly recommend staying here - absolutely mind-blowing!

A quiet place in the middle of the busy Sliema. Close to bakery and Spar. Fresh to sleep and especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with flower garden. We definitely recommend this stay.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Malta. The location, the decor and the view are just beautiful. We lacked nothing. The response time when contacting the host was quick and easy.

This is one of the best AirBNB experiences we’ve ever had. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea every morning was amazing. Spacious accommodations, seaside balcony, large rooftop lounging, and access to two pools were pretty sweet too. Highly recommend staying here.

Alison is the perfect host and made us feel so welcome and at home. The accommodation was perfect for us and had everything we needed as a family of 5 - very spacious. The pool is absolutely stunning and has a beautiful view down to the sea. There are a number of shops really close by and we found two absolutely stunning beaches just 5 mins drive away. It ticked all our boxes! I would highly recommend Blue Waters.

Place is spacious, location is great. Really liked big balcony with a nice view. Easy check-in/checkout. Communication was easy and fast. Some small things like shampoos, paper towels etc were missing and it would be nice to be provided by hosts. However, price/value ratio is great for this apartment.

Overall we had a great stay . The apartment is huge and well positioned, close to beach and restaurants. It is at the top of a very steep hill, fortunately we hired a car. We loved the swimming pool and although not heated once in it was amazing. Chris was brilliant and responded quickly to any issues. Couple of things that would make a great stay brilliant, set of wine glasses, more tea towels, refurb ensuite bathroom, and finally the single beds are fine for children but very uncomfortable for adults. Also some new balcony furniture. We loved Malta and the weather was very kind to us in October.

We loved staying at Ilaria's fabulous apartment. It had all that we wanted and she provided everything we could have needed. Amazing to have access to an on-site pool. Great location, wonderful apartment and an excellent host.

Great accommodation! Very clean and had all the equipment you needed for a self catering stay. the location was very convenient for all areas with bus stops and ferry close by. Nil was very helpful, willing to help with anything. We had excellent communication throughout. Thanks, it felt like home and we had a great time!
