The accommodation is spacious and recently renovated. New tools, furniture and appliances. Tastefully furnished structure. The location is excellent: a stone's throw from the sea and provided with many shops and services.

A big thank you to our hosts: incredibly attentive to details, welcoming, helpful, and always available! The apartment is perfectly located right next to the beach and all the restaurants! We stayed there with our family and highly recommend it. We shall come back!

Antonio's place is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook even for an infant! High chair and cot were a great plus. The room is quiet and protected but at the same time a 5-minute walk from the beach and city center. Antonio and his parents are very kind and helpful, if we return to Sperlonga we will definitely relocate to him! Thank you very much!

Our holiday in Sperlonga was perfect - the apartment was a big part of it. It corresponded to the description in everything, was clean and conveniently furnished. The parking was important to us. The location is good for everything: shopping, visiting restaurants, going to the sea. Breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea is also remembered. Communication with Giulio was always easy with speedy responses. He started our vacation with his friendly manner and also closed it again. Thanks for that! We will be happy to come again.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful marine decorations. It is located in a street that may be difficult to access for the first check-in, but thanks to the directions of the Host Mirko, it is much easier to find. In front there is a building under renovation but throughout the stay there were no works so no problem regarding annoying noises. Being just a few meters from the beach, it was very convenient to get around on foot, even though we had a car. I would highly recommend it to young couples who want to have a good stay in the beautiful setting of Gaeta.

Seriousness and professionalism

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

We had a great stay. The house was delicious, clean, equipped with every comfort. The owners put us at ease from the beginning and went above and beyond. The surrounding landscape is even wonderful and has nothing to envy to more acclaimed vacation spots. It's been a week of total relaxation, good food, beautiful sea but above all a sense of peace and well-being away from the chaos of the city. If I recommend it? Absolutely yes! We thank Nico, Franco and Donatella for the wonderful welcome they gave us and we hope to be back soon

Alessia allowed me to check in and out at flexible times and was very responsive. the airbnb is walking distance to the beach. made for a great weekend.

We were very pleased with our stay. Davide and his wife are very nice. The apartment is simple, modern and clean, you can easily walk to the beach or the city. The furnishings are rather minimalist, but there is everything you need.

I was enchanted by the location and cleanliness of the very kind host house

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

very nice vacation we had a great time, great location and very large and clean apartment.

The flat is located on the first floor of a villa just 1 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from several restaurants. We stayed there with our 1.5 years old son and we really enjoyed the nice garden and the playgrounds that are 5 min walk from the house. The host Blandina is very friendly and helpful, she welcomed us with a basket of organic vegetables. Prior to my visit I read some comments about the gaps in the balcony: I can only say that for a kid of 1.5 years old it's fine and there is no danger. We can only recommend this place!

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Very nice and very clean house. Just 8 minutes' walk from the sea. Gianpaolo was very nice and super helpful, he allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer for check-out and provided very useful info about Gaeta. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money. Thank you

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August.
