Villa holiday rentals in Sperlonga

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Italian villa, just steps away from the beach. The villa itself is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and recently updated with stylish touches that make it feel both modern and welcoming. The open-concept kitchen blends the indoor and outdoor spaces perfectly — ideal for entertaining or enjoying a relaxed cookout, which we loved doing during our stay. Our host was amazing — so responsive, warm, and genuinely caring, making us feel like part of the family. This place is a truly special!

Wir waren als 5köpige Familie Ende Oktober in Cecilias und Emilios Haus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort, zumal uns das Wetter durchgehend Sonne und sommerliche Temperaturen bescherte. Das Haus ist Teil einer Reihenhausanlage und liegt ca 2 km vom eigentlichen Sperlonga entfernt und und diese Jahresezeit waren fast keine Touristen mehr vor Ort, so daß wir den Strand vor der Villa quasi für uns hatten, auch die Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung hatten alle schon geschlossen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es hat allerdings schon einige Jahre hinter sich und bestimmte Bereiche benötigen eine Renovierung. So gab es im unteren Schlafzimmer Schimmelstellen an der Wand, es roch auch nach Schimmel. Aus dem Abfluss im unteren Bad roch es recht streng. Und das WLAN war leider nicht sehr stabil, die Verbindung brach immer wieder ab. Abgesehen von diesen Einschränkungen haben wir uns aber sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Pictures don't do this place justice

La Villa di Simona ci è piaciuta tantissimo. È in mezzo al verde, in una posizione silenziosa ma a pochi minuti di auto dal mare (15 minuti spiaggia di Soerlonga e 20 minuti Gaeta-trecento scalini) È molto attrezzata, c’è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno . Il giardino è fresco e tenuto benissimo, perfetto per riposare durante il giorno e cenare la sera . Simona è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful place for family gatherings, outdoor dining, lots of spaces to gather or be alone. The AC was a life saver during this heat wave. We felt like we were staying in our family’s ancestral home. Super sweet.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une villa a la vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons particulièrement profité de l'extérieur de la vue imprenable sur la baie et la piscine... un régal !! Chaque soir un formidable coucher de soleil pour parfaire ces belles journées.

Villa bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. La struttura offre tutti i confort per poter trascorrere giornate di vero relax a contatto con la natura. Mimmo, l'host, è una persona eccezionale, simpaticissimo e sempre pronto a risolvere piccoli problemi occorsi. Consiglio davvero a tutti di tracorrere qualche giorno in questo paradiso laziale!

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casa di Salvatore a Rio Claro con la mia famiglia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La casa è splendida e tranquilla, un vero rifugio perfetto per rilassarsi. Era estremamente pulita e ben curata, e c'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, rendendo facile e piacevole preparare i pasti. Inoltre, il giardino è un angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo potuto goderci il sole e i momenti di tranquillità. Un grande vantaggio della casa è la vicinanza al mare, che è bellissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. Con una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia ci siamo goduti il mare bandiera blu. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la loro accoglienza, ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We had the best time at Giorgia’s place. Marcel was extremely helpful when giving recommendations and helping us check-in. Giorgia was able to put us in contact with a company to book taxis to the airport which was great. Easy to get to the place from the airport and to Rome for the day. The villa was beautiful and felt very private. The only thing I’d mention is one of the double bedrooms is linked to the sofa bed living room so you need to walk through the sofa bed room when leaving so could be good to have some sort of screen or divider so the people with the sofa bed feel a bit more private. But very minor thing - absolutely loved our experience!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The surrounding area is peaceful and picturesque, a perfect escape into nature. Amelia and her lovely family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. This is an ideal spot for families with children—safe, serene, and full of charm. Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint town of Maenza, where you can enjoy a walk through its cozy streets, visit a historic castle, and discover a few delightful restaurants and a local shop in the center. We are deeply grateful for the unforgettable time we spent at Amelia’s home. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and

Очень люблю эту виллу, были на ней в прошлом году, вернулись в этом и обязательно посетим на следующий год. Невероятная атмосфера, уединённость, вид на горы и море, природа, вилла очень озеленена, есть частный бассейн. Пляж в 15 минутах на машине, супермаркеты тоже. Красивые закаты. Обязательно нужны средства от комаров. Очень рекомендую эту виллу.
