Lovely stay, any questions we asked of the host were answered very quickly to messages. Nice welcoming touches of homemade cake made by the host which was delicious, and we were left some other goodies which was a lovely touch! Villa comes with its own collection of cute cats and three young kittens. They were very lovely and friendly but kept trying to get into the villa, however there are insect doors to keep them out. The location was very good and the villa and garden were beautiful and well looked after. We’d highly recommend staying in this villa.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit bei Silvia und waren sehr begeistert von dem privaten Felsen-Strand. Fotos bringen nicht rüber wie schön es vor Ort wirklich ist. In der Unterkunft hatten wir alles was wir brauchten und es war sehr sauber. Silvia war eine super tolle Gastgeberin und wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub! 100% Privat, ruhig, wunderschön. Wir haben unseren Mädelsurlaub sehr genossen! Stefano war sehr bemüht & alles war sehr sauber, besonders auch der Pool. Kleines Highlight: der Nachbarsesel ;) Ein Auto braucht man auf alle Fälle, da es weit oben ist und die Straßen sehr steil - genau das macht es aber aus. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

This house is a 10/10. we spend our first vacation as little family with our 6 month old daughter at Diana and Antonio’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing, peaceful and cozy house. The hosts created a place with so much attention and love for detail, every item, peace of furniture and decoration is picked thoughtfully and fits perfectly into the aesthetic of the old stone house and it’s beautiful Olive Garden surroundings. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and kind. They made sure we didn’t go hungry on the day of our arrival, prepared a freshly homecooked meal and even provided a food basked for us with all kinds of tasty local food and lots of fresh lemons, oranges and mandarins. The view from The pool is just stunning, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains while the lights of the little town pettineo start to light up. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back 💛

Leanne et Giuseppe sont des hôtes tout simplement exceptionnels. Toujours disponibles et réactifs sur les messages. L'accueil est au top pour vous accompagner à la maison et tout vous présenter. Et quel hôte vous aide à trouver en urgence un dentiste proche en plein mois d'août et vous accompagne au rendez-vous ? Giuseppe ! D'une telle gentillesse ! La maison est au top, très au calme et vous aurez le bonheur de voir les sangliers et les cerfs gambader la nuit venue. La présence du chat est un bonheur pour les enfants ! En tout cas nous avons passé 12 jours juste parfaits ! Je recommande !

A Sicilian dream! This home was immaculately clean in every corner, comfortable and cozy due to the interior and exterior design of the indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, amenities and decor beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail of each object, the location- breathtaking and away from the normal everyday rush. The panoramic view gives you the landscape of the Sicilian island, sunset on the Tyrrhenian Sea, rolling hills and mountains all while being surrounded by the peaceful stillness of an olive grove. Thanks to Maria Renata for making this trip a truly relaxing and enjoyable too short dream come true! A special thank you as well to Lina who was so sweet and welcoming with her warm friendliness making us feel right at home when she checked us in and out!

The house is beautiful - spacious and well furnished and decorated. Exactly as it appears in the photos, or possibly, even better. Our group of three couples were there for four nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We visited in May and it was a bit cool to be in the pool but we enjoyed lounging around it. A summer stay here would be fantastic! Luciano was an excellent host and offered good suggestions for dining and activities. Check in and check out was seamless. A car is needed if you want to sightsee beyond the village. However, it is ideally located to visit Syracuse, Catania and Taormina. And you are already halfway up to excursions on Mt. Etna.

Wir waren mit einer Freundesgruppe von 15 Personen plus Baby über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Der Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön und das Gelände ist se her schön und weiterläufig! Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb (was nicht richtig kommuniziert wurde und ein downgrade für die Unterkunft darstellt) und er war zur Hälfte mit grünen Wasser gefüllt, was leicht muffig roch. Der Vermieter war super nett, brachte uns einmal Pizza und Frühstück und entsorgte den Müll. Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab genügend Stühle/Liegen für 15 Leuten. Leider lief die Spülmaschine bei der Benutzung immer mal wieder aus. Dadurch war der Bereich vor der Küchenzeile immer feucht. Bei diesem Preis müssen die Geräte schon funktionieren und eine zweite Spülmaschine wäre auch hilfreich. Die Qualität der Matratzen war sehr unterschiedlich (von sehr bequem bis zu dünn). In einem Bad war die Dusche bei normaler Benutzung undicht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle und erholsame Zeit.

Beautiful and old building. Furniture and fittings have age, but are fitting for the space and are full of charm. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Corrado oli itse lämpimästi vastaanottamassa meidät, kun saavuimme. Adriana loihti aamupaloille hyvän tunnelman. Kokemus oli kotoisa ja lämmin. Talo tarjosi mukavia paikkoja oleiluun ja uima-allas virkistäytymiseen. Suuri puutarha tarjosi mahdollisuuksia ihailla paikallisia hedelmätarhoja ja tilan eläimiä. Liikuimme autolla, jolla pääsi mukavasti mm. Capo D'Orlandon rannalle ja kauemmas retkille. Suuret kiitokset Corradolle ja henkilökunnalle ikimuistoisesta kokemuksesta autenttisessa ympäristössä.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa tra fine ottobre e i primi di novembre. Il tempo è stato meraviglioso, abbiamo potuto sfruttare tutti gli spazi esterni scaldati dal sole. Il paese di Acquadolce ha tutto ciò che serve, piccoli negozi, supermercati, caffè eccetera. Si può raggiungere anche a piedi dista solo 600 metri, al ritorno in salita ma si può fare senza problemi. La casa è esattamente come appare in foto, forse meglio, la vista è spettacolare e la pace che si prova è incredibilmente. Un grazie particolare alla Signora Gabriella per la calda accoglienza è stata veramente gentile. Grazie ancora di tutto 🙏🤗

We had the most amazing time at this villa, the views are stunning and even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of ten and loved it, the kids had plenty to do with the pool, ping pong table and football game. Cefalu is fifteen minutes drive away and the most charming, pretty little town with many good restaurants and bars, also with great views. We took a day trip to Palermo which is 45 minutes by train from Lascari train station (ten minute drive from the villa) and is well worth visiting. The team who looked after the villa were very friendly and responsive to messages. We loved our time at the villa and will definitely visit again.

We had the best time at Luca’s place. It was so peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We even saw some wildlife like little pigs and a fox! We loved cooking at the home and swimming in the pool. The drive up the hill is a little wild but worth it.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und komplett neu renoviert. Schöne Zimmer und tolle Badezimmer. Selbst für acht Personen reichlich Platz. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Pool ist atemberaubend. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig am Hang, etwas abgelegen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Schotterpiste. Ein eigenes Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da die nächsten Ortschaften nicht fußläufig entfernt sind. Insgesamt liegt die Villa wirklich an einem traumhaften Platz, besonders für Gruppen und Ruhe suchenden ideal.

Ganz tolle Villa für alle, die Ruhe suchen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Der Pool herrlich. Wir waren begeistert!

The accommodation is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. There is parking available, and it’s conveniently located close to Cefalù and Palermo. The host is always ready to help.

Das Haus und auch das Grundstück von Milena ist wirklich wunderschön und wir haben Uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und modern ausgestattet, in der großen Küche haben wir Gut und gern gekocht. Der Außenbereich ist unfassbar schön, es gibt eine riesige Terrasse zum Sonnen, grillen und entspannen. Der Blick vom Pool ist atemberaubend, man kann den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten. Tatsächlich ist es hier schöner als es auf den Bildern zu erahnen ist. Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit, dass wir sogar eine Nacht verlängert haben. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hat immer schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Giovanni was lovely, proactive and bent over backwards to help. We had an issue with not being able to get online when we picked up our hire car. When we finally did get online we knew our arrival was going to be very late(after midnight) but Giovanni took it in his stride and was still the welcoming host when we eventually got to his villa. This was a sign of things to come, he was just brilliant! I now regard him as a friend.

We had a wonderful week in Patti - Lara’s home was the perfect base to explore the island from. Lara and Martina were extremely helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The pool is gorgeous, and there are balconies all around the house so you can chase the sun (or shade) throughout the day. We really can’t recommend this place enough.

Schön eingerichtete kleines Appartement. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Zu Fuss kann man in 10-12 Min einen schönen Strand erreichen. Die Anlage hat auch ein Pool den man nutzen kann.
