The Potter Cottage - Beautiful Serene Setting

The Potter Cottage is a 1600 square foot home that was been completely renovated in 2019 and sits on 4.6 acres. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a tile shower are just a few of the amazing features of this home! The home has three bedrooms, two full baths and an additional shower in the basement, the basement also has a game area and Queen Murphy Bed to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy fishing and the beautiful views from the two decks this home has to offer!

The Family Oasis just 6 miles from Holiday World

The Family Oasis offers families a place to relax and enjoy making memories that will last a lifetime. The house offers plenty of sleeping space for 12, 2.5 baths, a large kitchen, living room area, and laundry. This location has the most charming outdoor area. After a long-day of fun at the many activities in the Spencer County area you can have dinner inside or out with the large covered picnic table, gas grill, fire pit and star lights for a evening of memories.

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 12 adults. Children under 3 don’t count towards occupancy.

The Cabin - Near Holiday World & Splashin' Safari

If you'd like a true log cabin feel while staying on a beautiful, serene wooded 10 acre plot of land, this is the place for you and your friends/family! This small cabin has been reconstructed after being transferred to this location by the owner and his son. All of the decor and fixings are antique in style to fit the log cabin feel, to bring you back to the good ole days.

The Farmhouse on Nannie Belle

Set on 13 acres, this 142 year old Farmhouse will take you back to simpler times. Unplug and spend quality time with your family. Roast marshmallows, go fishing, play board games, or challenge your family to an intense game of foosball. A perfect place for families to reconnect. Note: The farmhouse road name has changed from Old Hwy 144 to Nannie Belle Loop.
