first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Everything went really well with Giovanni, a great host! The accommodation was absolutely wonderful, magnificent and peaceful. Just everything we needed for our vacation. Thank you so much for everything🙏🏼

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! After a long day of travel, Guiliano welcomed us into the charming loft with cheese, crackers, Prosecco, cookies, and a bowl filled with ripe fruit. He also stoked the fridge with yogurt, cheese, eggs and a few other items. We made a delicious breakfast the next morning. The loft has the most picturesque postcard view. We just sat and stared often. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were also fresh flowers in small vases throughout the loft. It had so much character. 50 steps away from the front door is the main historic town with all the restaurant and shops. The town is extremely beautiful. This was better than any 5 star hotel. If it is available, Book it now!

I like to think of myself as a bit of an AirBnB connoisseur, always picking great places. This villa is far and away the greatest place I have ever stayed. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the property and views. They don't capture the sparkling fireflies at night or the sound of the church bells echoing off of the hills. They don't depict the beds more comfortable than what we have at home, the linen sheets so gorgeous I purchased a set as soon as I woke up the next morning. Our group of 7, four adults and three young children, were so at home here we never wanted to leave. The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need - pool towels, sun hats, sunscreens, first aid kits, toiletries, even large bags - both straw and grocery - for whatever shopping you may do. Martin was an excellent and responsive host, meeting us in town to guide our cars up the long gravel road to his house when we arrived. Having Thushari cook for us was the icing on the cake!
