the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

We stayed only one night but enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. The apartment in close proximity to the airport was the perfect place to stay to catch our early morning flight. Appreciated the flexible check-in and the friendly communication.

We used Konstantinos’ place for the final preparations before our wedding and for our first night as a married couple – and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just as described, and beautifully decorated. It offered the calm, stylish atmosphere we needed during such a special time. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed – I was genuinely excited the moment I walked in. We’re so glad we chose this place to be part of such meaningful memories, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

The house was spotless and beautiful, fully equipped, the bed mattress very comfortable and soft. The communication with the host was impeccable! I would highly recommend it and if I need to stay in this location again in the future, I would choose Marios' house again!

The apartment was wonderful. You feel at home. It was clean and comfortable. The big terrace was amazing. The whole day sun and shadow. There was water in de fridge, coffee, sugar, juice, soap, etc. The bed and linen were of very good quality and were very comfortable. Very good wifi. The apartment is in a residential area and was very calm. It is only 3 minutes drive to the beaches and restaurants. Vasiliki was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She gave great tips where to go. I highly recommend this place. I will come back.

Really nice place to stay! Walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Also close to airport which was nice as we flew out the next morning, would stay again!

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent view of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place to visit Athens!

Lovely spacious apartment with a great view

What an amazing stay! The apartment is very comfortable, large, well furnished, and a kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed. A lovely place to sit outside. The location is quiet and walkable to stores and restaurants. But the best part are the hosts. Super attentive, very friendly and always helpful while respecting one's privacy. Highly recommended!

We happened to stumble upon Aris Air bnb after missing our flight out of Athens. This was a blessing in disguise, after making the booking through the app at 8pm, Aris was responsive and ready to welcome us to his apartment. We received a quick tour of the apartment and settled in. Aris made recommendations on local restaurants and even suggested the best options for breakfast and accessing the beach. We loved every bit of our stay, the town was quiet and quaint, most importantly not over run by tourist. We will definitely recommend Aris apartment and do look forward to returning in the future. 10 out of 10

Book it ! Very friendly hosts and a modern, big, clean Airbnb. Even has a lemon tree. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Athens.

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! The views from the terrace are unmatched and our host Victor was extremely accommodating for us. Our flight landed so early and we had nowhere to place our bags so he let us drop them off and hang out on the terrace while they prepped our suite. It’s walkable to everything in the city and close to the metro so it’s easy to get to and from the airport. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

Do not hesitate to book. It is a great location. Away from the city but easy to get to the city and beaches. The host went over and beyond to help with anything she could. Great recommendations. Assistance with car transport. And we were lucky enough to get early check in due to previous guest checking out early. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
