Perfect for those who also want to experience some luxurious Italian shopping! The appartment is also situated next to a variety transportation routes: Metro line A (Barberini) is only 250 meters away and Metro line B (Spagna) is 350 meters away as well as the accessibility to buses and taxis. The home is on the third floor of a historical building with access to a newly-restored 18th century lift (elevator) which adds to the building’s unique charm. The other antique details such as the original wood-coffered ceilings from the 1700s gives a quintessential Italian feel while the modern fixtures and furnishings adds moden comfort and elegance to the home. The house is very peaceful and quiet with a small living room, well-equipped kitchen, lovely balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the local scenery. This small apartment in the heart of Rome is a place that I love and that has given me unforgettable moments. I think it's a perfect corner for two. You can reach all the main places in the center on foot. It is ideal for two people because it has only one bedroom and one bathroom but, exceptionally, I rent it for up to 4 with families with two children in mind. In the living room there are two armchairs that convert into beds. In July and August enjoy air conditioning!
