Holiday rentals with a patio in Soyaux

Catherine and Michel are available and very kind. We chose their dependency as part of the FIBD. Although a little out of the way, their cozy and warm accommodation was quite accessible using buses (15min from Angouleme train station) throughout the festival. A big thank you!

Marie was a great host , the apartment has a great value for money and the place is very peaceful , I recommend 1000% for those who are visiting Angouleme!

Lovely apartment with great outdoor space.

We wanted a place near the train station and the Angouleme comic book festival. It was perfect. Tiphaine was very attentive and available at all times. Lunch service at home is really worth recommending! Quiet and excellently clean accommodation. we highly recommend!

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

Catherine is a lovely host. We arrived a little late in the evening, but despite everything, her welcome was most pleasant. The place is quiet, in nature. The rooms are nice. We're in the countryside. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

The view is amazing! Lots to do, she even gives you a list of things to do. The shower is top notch! The place is beautiful and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. Recommend!

The location to gather with family or friends is really nice. Children have enough safety to take care of, which is reassuring.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was amazing! The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, which made our stay very comfortable. The garden is really an oasis of peace, with a beautiful canopy that is ideal for sitting outside even in less weather. The pool was an absolute topper and made for a relaxing holiday feeling. The host Filip, responds quickly to questions and their website has a lot of useful information about the area. We enjoyed it immensely and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for those looking for peace and comfort!

We had a great stay at Andrew and Carol's. The exteriors are incredible and perfectly suited for a group of friends, or family with children (football field, swimming pool, etc.) We enjoyed the bathrooms in the 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is more intended for "children" with original spaces. However, be careful in case of cool days because the outdoor kitchen is the only place where the groups can have their meal, the kitchen being made just to prepare meals (impossible to eat more than 3) Some finishes remain to be reviewed to match the standing of the rates. Another point to clarify, even if they are discreet, the hosts live in part of the house so it will not be surprising to meet them tinkering or gardening in the outdoors. Overall, we highly recommend this place to spend a relaxing weekend with family, friends

We had a lovely family stay at this characterful house in peaceful countryside. It’s well equipped for children and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very comfortable with good beds and en suite facilities. Plenty of games and jigsaws available. The outside area is a good size with ample shade and a great pool which we all enjoyed using. Some of us had a table tennis tournament! There’s facilities including a supermarket a short drive away and plenty to explore locally. David is a very responsive and accommodating host. Thanks for a very nice family holiday!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Melanie's place in Angouleme. Right in the centre of Vieil Angouleme, we were in the heart of things and could walk to most places we wanted to visit. Lots of bars and restaurants. We love the Chat Noir for ice cream. The location is in a lively, historic and fun part of Angouleme. It can be noisy at night on the street side of the house due to the bars and restaurants sometimes staying open late but very quiet on the courtyard side. The house is a very old and characterful house. Nicely restored. Wonderful to have a little courtyard for our own use. Very spacious. Well equipped Kitchen. We were a family party with 3 more elderly family members who did struggle with the original wooden stair case which was not ideal for them. We had to take great care with the stairs as the banisters do not go all the way around the corners. We used the underground public parking nearby which was fine and well maintained. A memorable stay.

Raphaël was attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is as described and conveniently located. I would highly recommend it

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
