Yeh really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have cats and rabbit and the lovely running water from the water feature in the garden to help relax me in the evening. Deborah and Shewell made me feel so at home. Bedroom was well appointed and lovely topper to Mattress. It was lovely to be around the Sovereign harbour and it was great to see the NEO Victoria whilst I was there. Definitely worth a stay!

A private space on the top floor of a large period house. Large comfortable bedroom with spacious views of the neighbouring gardens, plus a modern shower room. The sitting room area also houses a nice baby grand piano and the space has a feeling of olde wor!d charm. Although only a few minutes from Eastbourne Station, the whole neighbourhood is green and spacious.

We had a lovely stay recently- perfect for families and the kids had so much fun in the garden area and on the beach. The rain was shame bit the window panel and locataion meant even a rainy day was made beautiful! Great local suggestions and easy to get into town in a 10 min drive. We would come again!
