Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a pier and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

Guest house overlooking the fields.

Guest house of about 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm), and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a stepladder, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Enjoy the birds chirping and have a cozy time with the family. Walkway to Sövdesjön (800 meters) where there is a swimming area with jetties. Child-friendly. Large peaceful garden that both provides space for peace and activity. There are gazebos where you can have breakfast, dinner, or enjoy a cup of coffee. Nice playhouse out in the garden. Bedroom 1: There is a bunk bed and a single bed (105 cm). Bedroom2: Double bed (Is in two parts and can be separated) Travel bed for a smaller child is also available with mattress and bedding.

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space. Beautiful forests with a rich animal and bird life. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest urban area. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here. In the village there is a charming farm shop where you can buy lambskin, marmalades and chutney.

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

The apartment, which has a private entrance and is located on the second floor, consists of one bedroom with double bed, two sleeping alcoves and kitchen with social areas. The bathroom has a shower. As a guest, you have access to a lush patio where there are barbecue facilities.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
