Karyen is an outstanding host, and her place is in an unbeatable location! Our favorite coffee shop, Be Angles, and Powehouse Fitness gym are in the complex, along with the supermarket, the best chicken rice shop, and many other stores. Additionally, the beach and numerous hawker centers are within walking distance, offering a variety of dining and leisure options. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Karyen's attentive hospitality and the prime location made this the best place we've ever stayed. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Amazing place! Having it situated near to the town area and tourist spots allowed better mobility during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and accomodating to a group of 6 or more people. 2 parking lots was the add on bonus to this stay as that is convenient when travelling in a big group.

For your information, I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport. The location is pretty good. Although there aren’t many food options nearby—mostly just nasi kandar—it’s very close to Queen’s Bay Mall. The unit is clean, the amenities are complete, and there’s plenty of tissue provided. Yup, overall everything was good. I’d recommend this place.

great place for long term stay, entry issue with weak battery was resolved expeditiously and request for extra housekeeping was accommodated. Overall I would recommend them.

Worth the price.There are lots of restaurants nearby. Extra foldable bed and pillow were also given so up to 4 people can stay here very comfortably. Bathroom is clean. Overall, it's definitely a comfortable place to stay.

Honestly the apartment condition exceed my expectations. It is much more spacious in actual size than shown the photo. It is clean in every corner of the apartment. I have a 1 year old baby with me so cleanliness is one of my biggest concern when traveling. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment equipped with all the necessities for home stay and it just feel like stay at own place. It is an excellent experience for me and my family. The location is away from city area but easily accessible by car to city and other attraction in Penang. The surrounding is peaceful with nice view and lots of nice restaurants (walking distance, actually just downstairs). I tried a few nearby restaurants during my stay and they are all very delicious with good service. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

Stayed here with a big group and it accommodated all of us nicely. Excellent location as it was right at the heart of town. Also appreciated the flexibility Heng gave us with checking out. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

It was a pleasant stay. The house is so beautiful and homey. 10-15 mins of walk, you could basically reach all the famous tourist attractions. Kenny and his team were very helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the praying… There’s a mosque right behind the house. So, you could hear the prayer through the speaker 5 times a day. That was the only down side of our stay. Everything else was great. I would even call it perfect. We were 4 adults and the space was definitely more than enough for all of us. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Highly recommend it. I would love to go back again.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

The host was very responsive and made communication easy throughout the stay. The rooms were spotless, well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Will come back for sure!

Suet Eng is such a great host. He is truly pleasant to deal with. He is understanding and consideration. I rented 2 units and both were clean and well equipped with kids friendly items. We are truly appreciated his help and definitely will come back.

Check-in is very convenient, the key is easy to find, the room is large, it is very quiet when sleeping at night, the air conditioning is also very cold, a very good stay experience.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. The place is suitable for large family.

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.
