An idyllic house steeped in history, a walking distance from the center in a beautiful environment. Beautiful home, wonderful details, good steam in the sauna, kitchen really well equipped, house has room for a larger group. The host Päivi was really friendly and answered questions right away. Super idyllic little home for a visit to Turku! You could easily park your car on the street. Bus stop right next door, easy to get to the center. I liked it!!

Stay at this apartment was wonderful. Fully equipped with everything you might need. A bright and cozy place to spend your holidays – perfect both for a family getaway and a romantic retreat. With a view of the lake. We were truly satisfied – from the warm welcome by the host Karita to the wonderful time we had during our stay.

The apartment is sunny and very clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. The added value is created by a lovely glazed balcony and air conditioning in the bedroom. Ideal location for Moominland visitors (walking distance). Pirjo and Juha are very pleasant and helpful hosts. We felt like we were welcomed!

Small and cozy house with a private sauna. A very calm neighborhood and good public transport connections. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially our dog who loved to stay in the garden and chill in the sun. The kitchen has everything you need and the private sauna leaves nothing to be desired. Internet connection worked very well and the hosts were very forthcoming. We would recommend anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Turku to take a look at this house in Hirvensalo. :)

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

COMMUNICATION Juha and Anne take into account everything possible in their communication: from the exact arrival and departure instructions to the visibility and safety recommendations with children. Well thought-out communication. LOCATION The apartment is really close to grocery stores and main roads. Private parking space and a sunny end apartment throughout the house. HOME This apartment is the cleanest and best equipped than any apartment hotel or Airbnb apartment I have visited: Whether you want to cook, enjoy a lovely bath or play with the kids in the sandbox - everything has been thought of! Three bedrooms with comfortable beds on one side of the apartment, a large living room and a kitchen on the other side, and a glazed balcony allow for different schedules and needs of a larger group. A very warm recommendation for this accommodation - worth every euro and more 🤍

Very peaceful in the summer, long days spent in the hot tub

Emma’s place was great, we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the sauna and hot tub! The apartment was very clean and spacious, we fit 7 people no problem. We didn’t meet Emma in person but she was very responsive via text and was kind enough to let us check-in an hour early! The apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, around 25 min walking from the city centre (or even shorter by bike or car). It’s worth noting that the apartment, although newly renovated, is located on the top floor of an older wooden house which give it the distinct “old house smell”. It didn’t bother us at all, but in case you are sensitive to smell it might be worth keeping this in mind. Overall, a fantastic stay, we’d definitely visit again!
