Blake and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wattle Cottage on Mount Tambourine, and I can confidently say that Heidi has provided a master class in Airbnb hosting! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. One of the standout features of our stay was the stunning private outdoor stainless-steel soaking tub. Soaking in it while surrounded by the sights and sounds of beautiful native flora and fauna was an experience we won't soon forget! Our host, Heidi, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She provided a comprehensive guide to the area, complete with local recommendations for dining and activities. It was evident that she truly cares about her guests' experience, and her passion for hospitality shines through in every way. I think we’re going to make it an annual getaway. Highly recommended!

The place is so beautiful! We had a great time at the spa looking at the stars and the fire pit. Sharon was so good with answering all my questions. Tui was so friendly, and received us with a big smile on her face and showed us the place around. Thank you!

Nestled deep in the hinterlands, this Airbnb was a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, with a rustic charm that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the fresh mountain air was incredibly rejuvenating. The property itself was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views from every window. We spent our days exploring local waterfalls and our evenings relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the peace and quiet. It was the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. Sharon and John were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even providing us freshly baked sourdough for breakfast on our stay! We had the most incredible stay at John and Sharon’s beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, John welcomed us with a warm tour of the space and made us feel completely at home. Each morning, we were treated to fresh, homemade white sourdough – such a thoughtful and delicious touch that made our mornings extra special. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and every amenity we could have asked for. We were in town for a close friend’s wedding, and this place offered the perfect peaceful retreat in between celebrations. One of the most memorable and appreciated gestures was when John kindly gave us a lift back to the accommodation after the wedding when we realised we wouldn’t quite make it through the whole night (getting a little older ha-ha!). Every interaction with John and Sharon was warm and genuine, and we truly felt like valued guests. We couldn’t recommend this stay more – it was a perfect experience from start to finish.

You won’t find a better stay, or hosts! It’s so spacious, private and has everything you need to call it home for however long you want to stay. Konrad and Michelle met us and made us feel welcome from the offset, they gave us so much information, recommendations, and even a guided tour of some of the other amazing areas of the property they have; waterfalls, rock pools and incredible wildlife. The home itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of board games to keep yourself entertained. We can’t recommend this more. Thanks for everything, Konrad & Michelle!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Laura’s place. The house is well equipped so it felt like a home away from home. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarket and the all important beach!

We had a truly wonderful time staying at Linda’s place. The location is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful — the perfect escape to relax and recharge. Linda was a fantastic host, making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this spot enough!

We had a wonderful time. The garden is huge and very peaceful. Close to the shops and walking tacks. Mt. Tamborine has lots to explore.

Loved my stay at Woolcott cottage. Perfect location to experience all Tambourine Mountain has to offer. Presentation inside and outside was spotless , very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a cosy getaway. My four legged fur baby loved being able to come and enjoy as well. Great communication from hosts. Can't wait to stay again .

Alana has welcomed us at her wonderful cottage. The place was great/ fantastic space wise for my family. The location perfect; short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Also getting into Surfers is an easy and short drive away. The place is to recommend :)

This is a wonderful place to stay. The cottage is well-appointed and the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are very spacious. There's also an enormous balcony with lots of deck chairs and a great view. Best of all, the cottage is on a large block with neighbours far off to either side, so it's really quiet and private. It's a great base for exploring the Scenic Rim, but it would also be ideal for working remotely. We loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

Beautiful location and an amazing lodging. You’re just down the road from the main points of Tambourine Mountain but the location is just far enough away to make it feel secluded and serene. The added breakfast is a lovely touch too.

Brilliant as usual ... enjoyed music and drinks at Cauldron Distillery next door ... facilities perfect as usual ... our fourth visit is 12 months ... would have been more if I wasn't stuck in Sydney for much of the last year.
