Great location with amenities in the building you can use. We were close to downtown and the ballparks- all easy to walk to. Clean and comfortable space that was perfect for the weekend.

Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The host provided clear,easy to follow instructions for both finding the Airbnb and parking. The location was perfect. It was super close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

It was exactly as described! Great space! Perfect for the 2 of us. Location was amazing. A number of wonderful restaurants/bars near by and a few short blocks from the light rail. Highly recommend!

This place was adorable and looks exactly like the pictures! The location was a bit sketchy, but not once did I feel unsafe. The neighbors were nice and the area was quiet. The place was very, very clean and smelled good! My favorite part was the towels! Lots of really nice fluffy towels (many of the airbnbs I’ve stayed at use those thin/cheap towels)! I also liked that there was a window unit in each room, it is hot in NC and those really helped keep the place cool and comfortable—also provides great white noise at night time. The parking situation is a bit odd, if you have 2 vehicles it may be difficult to park, but we only had 1 vehicle so were able to back in horizontally and not block any of the neighbors. Sara was a great host and super responsive when I had a question about the key code. We would definitely stay here again in the future :)

My husband came to Charlotte for the PGA Championship and the location was what we liked about this place, the neighborhood was cute and nice! Check in/out was easy to understand and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly an Unforgettable Stay! I can honestly say this was one of the best hosting experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The place looked exactly like the photos clean, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. It had such a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel at home.What really stood out to me, though, was the host. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was smooth. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and super helpful. That kind of attentiveness really made a difference and took my experience to the next level.The location was convenient, the amenities were exactly as described, and every little detail felt intentional from the decor to how clean everything was. It’s rare to find a space that checks every box, but this one definitely did. I’m already planning to book again because I know I won’t find another place like this

The apartment was the perfect size and location for our visit to Charlotte. Walkable to downtown restaurants etc… easy access to the freeway to visit family in Concord. Very clean, simple, minimalistic but had everything we needed!

Gaby’s and Ivan’s place was perfect for my stay. It is a beautiful neighborhood that is walkable and has so many restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend and would stay again.

It is a lovely Airbnb in a fine location. Good parking. Front porch table and chairs made a nice place to sit and read and people watch. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Britt was kind and communicative, and I really appreciated how easy the check-in process was. The space matched the photos and had a lot of potential. That said, there were a few areas that could have been a bit cleaner, and I think with a little extra attention, it would feel much more comfortable. The neighborhood wasn’t quite what I was expecting, and I didn’t always feel fully at ease walking around, especially at night. For future guests, it might be helpful to be familiar with the area beforehand to make sure it’s the right fit for your needs. Overall, I’m grateful for the stay and Britt’s hospitality. With a few small improvements, this could be a great spot for travelers.

Anthony’s place is as described. Great for crashing and walking distance to so much, even Bank of America stadium. The place was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. There were some maintenance items to be taken care of but it was obvious they were issues from other units that recently bled into this unit. For the price point and convenience the unit is worth your time and money!

Great place to stay in Charlotte. There are lots of things to do and places to eat within a one mile radius.

BOOK IT! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. Conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do and easy to find. Bridgette was super responsive and helped us do a late check in. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The place enhanced our family vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

I recently stayed at this rental and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around really convenient. The neighborhood felt safe both during the day and at night. I appreciated the well-lit streets and the quiet surroundings, which made for a peaceful stay. The building itself had secure entry, and I felt very comfortable coming and going. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that's both well-located and secure.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for us. Communicating with Christ was very good, he responded quickly and was very helpful. The elevator closer to the unit was not working, so we had to walk a little further to use another elevator. Other than that, everything else went well.

It was an absolute pleasure for us to stay at Sherry's place. We really had a nice time and of course meeting her two dogs was the highlight! We would stay again.

Staying at Todd’s apartment was a great experience. There were clear directions to get there, and its location is conveniently located near popular destinations in Charlotte. I would recommend this AirBnb to anyone visiting the area and needs a relaxing place to rest.

This studio was a breathtaking taking, beautifully decorated, clean and had beautiful views. I loved the door being RIGHT next to the elevator. I surprised my boyfriend with a staycation to kick off Father’s Day weekend and we REALLY enjoyed ourselves. We had so much fun. It felt like a night out of town. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we also got in the pool and used the other amenities the complex offered.

I enjoyed my stay at Clifford's Airbnb. The space was very clean, and the location worked well for the event held at the Convention center. Clifford was a very responsive and accommodating host. My stay was great. Matt was friendly and responsive when I needed to reach out. The location is perfect. I attended Taste Of Charlotte and I couldn’t have had a better location. I was able to walk there and to other restaurants in the area as well. The unit was fully stocked with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils and other things you may need. I would definitely book again to hang out in that immediate area.
