Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Southesk Parish

Was in town for my aunts wedding and our family stayed at Fran’s place and it was perfect! A quick drive to Newcastle where my aunt was getting married and such a beautiful view and spot on the river! We told our entire family this will be our new spot when we come to visit!

We really enjoyed this peaceful setting, the visiting deer daily, very comfortable, gorgeous scenery. We rode our atv’s right from here. Close proximity to Mount Carleton and the Christmas Mountains with breathtaking views. I can imagine the summer here relaxing by the river out back would be great too.

Had a great time! The surrounding beaches are beautiful, especially Youghall. There were a lot of mosquitoes which made it more difficult to have dinner outside and enjoy the class but it seems generalized to the area at this time of year. Thank you for your welcome!

My friends, family and I rented the whole house for the May long weekend for our annual fishing trip. It could not have been more perfect. With bad weather forecasted for the weekend everyone was extremely thankful to have a warm and comfortable place to return to. We enjoyed the wonderful beds and very nice showers. After being out in the rain, the laundry machines were a huge plus. The large and well equipped kitchens and screened in porches were perfect for all our cooking for our large group. After returning home after the weekend, all we can hope for is to return next year.

Although the weather was not great during our stay. Paul was super helpful in recommending things to do and visit in the area. Paul is a great host and we hope to visit again.

A great place to stay, especially for ATVs or ski-doos . We were working in the area and it was perfect. Jess was a great host. We had some people in our group drop out from the reservation and she was very accommodating. I would stay here again anytime !

This was a great peaceful spot for our dogs and us while visiting my parents just up the street. It rained alot so we didn’t get to utilize the fire pit but we all slept great with the rain patter and breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Great accommodations in a quiet building. Alex was very responsive and helpful. One thing could have been added was a coffee maker for the mornings. fantastic overall

We had a wonderful one week early October stay at Melissa’s lovely home outside of Miramichi. Quiet location, within 15-20 minutes of shopping, restaurants etc. It was perfectly located to do afternoon trips to explore some pretty magnificent spots from Miscou Island down to Shediac. We discovered a wonderful, long and wild beach close by to enjoy walking with our two dogs every day and had it all to ourselves. Bliss for all of us!

Dr's island is amazing and David is the best host I've had while using air bnb. I look forward to making a trip to his beautiful island with my friends every year.

Stunning view, breathtaking panoramic scenery that made every morning feel magical. Cozy gas fireplace, the perfect warm, inviting touch to relax after a day of exploring. Well-equipped and clean, the cottage was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen that had all the essentials for easy meal prep. Comfortable and peaceful, super comfy beds and a calm, restful atmosphere for a perfect getaway. Great host, friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with gorgeous views. We’ll definitely be back!

Cast Away Lodge is a wonderful property, my family was in town for my son's wedding and it was really lovely to be able to have room for everyone for the weekend. I'd really love to return when I have more time to relax and enjoy the grounds and games! Thank you Mike & Beth, I'm so appreciative of the use of your home, really a dream.

Amazing place.. it is in a super location with a spectacular view of the river and bridge. Able to fish from shore during low tide, make use of the hottub, bbq your supper and have an evening fire in the fire pit.. Peaceful and quiet. Four nights was not enough..Hosts were great and always available if there are any issues. Highly recommend.. truly hated to leave.

A hidden gem in the Bathurst area!!!!! The spa house is awesome!

Susan’s place was great. We were away for a girls weekend. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you needed in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating! We loved the fire pit and swings around it. Our favourite space was the screened in room with the hot tub. One bedroom upstairs with king bed, 2 other bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms in the house. Unfortunately it was too windy to use the kayaks. I would recommend Susan’s place.

Great place near the beach, very clean, secluded, a campfire and hot tub is always a nice bonus !

This was our second time staying at Stacy‘s place. It is a great place to relax and unwind! It is just so peaceful and relaxing! we can’t wait to come back❤️

Private and quiet place. House was welcoming and well decorated. Very clean as well. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and really nice to come home to after a day of meetings. Crystal was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this stay and if ever we need to come back would definitely book again.

Home is well located off the highway and with the landscaping fairly private. Hosts are very responsive and were quick to address the few issues we had. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub as we were in the thick of bug season. Overall the home had all of the necessary amenities one would require for a short stay and met our needs.
