Villa holiday rentals in Southern Thailand

We had a wonderful time at JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check in was not a problem, he really thought along and where possible he will accommodate you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not completely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course lovely, but the air conditioners could not cool the space enough. But that was not to spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! The place is very good, great view of the ocean, good villa, but the breakfast was served to the villa itself most of the times was not fresh, there was no buffet. Restaurant is okay. There are a lot of restaurants nearby to try out. The property and the stay experience was nice except for the food part

I have travelled to every corner of the earth and used Air BnB’s for a number of years….. but the Z-Villa has completely blown every other place out of the water!! - IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!! Truly the most unique, peaceful, stunning, happy, quirky, beautiful property I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! Just wow. I knew it was going to be impressive…. But my jaw hit the floor then I arrived. The detail that’s gone into the design of this home is OUTSTANDING. I wanted to be somewhere that felt remote and secluded; but had all amenities within a few miles drive; and the Z-Villa was PERFECT. I spent hours relaxing and floating in the pool, at nights I used Zak’s fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, and during the days; I sunbathed in the living space and deck. It was lovely to have staff who were on hand at all times to help with cleaning and they kept the place SPOTLESS. This is a MUST if you’re looking for the most wonderful place to stay on Koh Samui. Every detail was just PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful and the staff were just as amazing. I was worried about the location being a distance from the beaches and excursions but Jook and the "team" became more like family/friends. Always there there and reliable. Couldn't ask for more from the host. Our best AirBNB ever. :)

I can’t say enough how amazing Jim’s villa was… if I could just live there I would. Amazing views, beautiful upscale furnishings, great pool, wine fridge well stocked and an incredible chef prepared breakfast every morning. Jim went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and bookings. If you are considering going here, just go!

Villa was very beautiful! Yankee was very helpful and responsive. Gave good local recommendations. A small suggestion would be to make the extra electricity charges and limited use of washing machine more clear in booking process.

Great location, central to everything within a short drive. Location up the hill had fabulous unobstructed views. We used all the amenities the host offered including in house spa, private cheif, grocery delivery, activity coordination, breakfast and all were excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and they even put up decoration. The staff was helpful while giving us our space. We were three couples, no kids, traveling from the states.

We stayed at Pacific Palisades for 5 days and we had a blissful time. The location can be bit tricky to get to, so don't book this place unless you have rented a good car to get you up the hill, but that's the price you pay for the magnificent views and the peaceful location. The villa is actually nicer than the pictures depict and it feels a lot bigger in person. We had a wonderful time there. Thank you Gen for helping us with everything we needed!

A literal dream! I cannot recommend this place enough! I celebrated my 40th birthday along with 5 other friends. The villa itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and provides the most unreal sunset setting over the ocean and infinity pool. Now, the service- the absolute cherry on top! The villa included complimentary airport pick-up and drop off, daily home-cooked breakfast, and cleaning. Hats off to Ms. Porn and Dang who took care of additional arrangements such as setting up in-villa massages, everyday for my group of 6 people, hand-selected home-cooked dinner twice during our stay (which was one of the BEST dinners we had in Phuket!). The value for the serene, private, and beautiful views, villa, and staff, is unmatched. Thank you for an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and first time visit to Thailand- I cannot wait to be back!

Absolutely stunning villa with incredible views! Skyline Villa was the perfect place to stay in Phuket — private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spotless, the pool was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.

This place is magical and very hard to leave! The staff was more than generous to us and was very easy to communicate with. They gave us suggestions of places to go and gave us everyone’s contact to get us there! My family of 6 has been here a week and has made friends with so many locals that we wish we could stay longer. 5 stars all around best Airbnb and staff!

This was a great rustic villa beautifully constructed of all wood. The design reminded me of the kayas I stayed in South Africa. The private pool was a highlight. Marq was very responsive when our driver could not find the villa. He met us to share info about the area. He also was quick to resolve any issues that arose. Because of the recent overload of rain, we had ants and a loose board. The location was a little far from some attractions and our villa was near the road side so you could hear traffic but I am from nyc so no stranger to it. I would still definitely return.

David was a great host. Friendly polite & very helpful! Would recommend staying at the Villa.

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

This villa is a dream!!! From the beginning there was a friendly, quick communication with Sebastian, so everything went smoothly from picking up at the ferry to check-in. Sebastian and Olivia welcomed us so incredibly friendly at the villa, we immediately felt comfortable! They even organized a scooter, which was brought to us right outside the front door. Great service! Everything was super clean, well maintained and beautiful - we particularly liked the pool and the view. We would come back anytime and can only recommend anyone to book this house! :)

Honestly, Audrey and Eric are a golden couple. They are attentive, attentive, always available and attentive with us. The villa was simply amazing: as beautiful as in the photos — or even more. Our stay was exceptional, both for the comfort of the place and the quality of the welcome. I would recommend this experience to anyone. I chose this villa for my honeymoon, and I absolutely don't regret it. For all couples looking for a private and intimate place, this is the place: no one bothers you, the pool is private and the place is secluded. A real little piece of heaven.

The villa is amazing! We felt fright at home and it was so peaceful and relaxing! Mica and his wife made us feel very welcome and were always helpful. Definitely recommend this place! 😊
