Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Externally, the private pretty cottage garden is complete with patio furniture, pizza oven, bbq perfect for eating alfresco. For cyclists there’s a shed large enough to store the bikes.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Cottage completely self-contained, attached to a Grade II* listed country house, set in 46 acres of private grounds. Beautiful, tranquil parkland setting, originally designed by Sir Humphrey Repton, with ongoing improvements. The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.
