Shelby was a great host. Really responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of. She was very flexible and her communication was great. She was proactive in ensuring my stay went smoothly and I had a great stay thanks to that.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

This lovely flat was a great home base for my extended, five week stay. It had everything I needed to feel at home, easy access to London and much of Kent via public transportation, all the amenities I needed, multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a helpful host. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was spotless and smelled great. All the facilities were in excellent condition. The lodge had a large, beautiful yard with a private entrance, and the hosts were incredibly kind and respectful. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay—I highly recommend it!

First time visiting Colchester and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Home from home and the location was absolutely perfect, literally right next to the castle park and less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and high street. Peaceful and super clean. Reilly was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in. Bed was comfy and linen was clean. The bathroom was also spotless! Thank you for having us and we will definitely be returning. 5 star 🌟 stay x

Booked for a colleague who was working in the area. Great property and a great host

We loved staying in Jack's apartment it was so convenient to walk to a restaurant and the Dockside shopping. It was only a 10 min walk to the Historic Dockyard too. It was so quite in the apartment and very comfortable and there was everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Candice is an excellent host. She is also extremely kind. Clear communication. Nice, cozy and tidy place. I booked this place for my friend's family for one day. Their feedback was that it was a lot better than a hotel. Will definitely use again whenever we need to. Best part is that there is no neighbours so you get the whole floor to yourself. Sainsbury's is just opposite. Very close to high street. Would absolutely recommend especially if you have kids. They will love it.

We were 4 adults. We stayed in London for 5 days. We had a great time in the accommodation: it matched the description and photos, was very clean, in perfect order, and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked for breakfast and dinner. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away, which took us to central London in 45 minutes. Supermarket and shops nearby. The host, Mr. Rasool, always responded promptly and kindly to our messages. If we go back to London, we'll stay there again. I highly recommend this home.

Helen shared a lovely pub recommendation which they enjoyed, responded quickly and was very helpful with arranging check in as convenient. Helen also retrieved a very eagerly anticipated artisan brownie for them that had got left behind!😊

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Marius's place is lovely. We loved our stay. The pictures don't justify this beautiful home. You have greenry, park and sunrise views from the bedroom and sunset views from the living room. It just can't get any better! The home is newly renovated and everything is pristine. It's spacious and has everything you might need for your stay. Marius is a super host. He accommodated our requests and was prompt in arranging for all the things we felt missing at home. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Also, there are 2 tube stations and both are approx 10 min walk from the property. Would definitely recommend this place. I'd love to book it again for my future travels.

Lovely spacious apartment with an outside terrace with hot tub. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with really nice bed linen. There was great communication with the host who responded quickly to a couple of questions during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone who visits Rochester.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here for a quick getaway, and it was a true home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay special. We loved the jacuzzi and upper deck area that really allowed us to take in the sun and beautiful scenery. Our hosts were outstanding - warm, communicative, and ready to assist when we had questions. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a wonderful experience for their guests. This was one of those stays that left us feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. This place really has it all and we cannot recommend it enough. Thank you again for such a memorable stay - we will definitely be back!

Chloe was a fabulous host, had left milk, wine and tea/ coffee for us to use! There was a great map showcasing the walking nearby and the flat itself was great 😊

We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was more spacious than expected for a one-bed, it fit all five of us in without us feeling even a little cramped. Everything was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Getting around was also faultless, a good number of shops around which were easily accessible with good public transport! The only thing to keep in mind is that the sofa bed took a bit of figuring out. Once sorted it was more than fine! Would/will 100% book again if I'm in the area!

Great property at a good price, I chose to stay here while working in the area as a change to hotels, I have absolutely no regrets, similar budget and much nicer than the last few hotels I've stayed in. Great host and amenities, I'll stay here again if I'm in the area and the property is available. Thank you.
