I saw a really negative review before booking and was honestly a bit skeptical—but after staying here with my girlfriend and a few friends, I can confidently say that review was nothing like our experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. It even rained during our stay, but we still enjoyed the balcony and the overall vibe. The host was super chill and respectful. We were a mixed group too and felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. No weird behavior, no disturbances—just a peaceful, fun stay. Glad we didn’t judge based on that one review. This spot is perfect for a relaxing trip or a low-key celebration. Would 100% come back!

Great apartments. The neighborhood is safe but moving, it's worth keeping in mind as it's quite noisy in the evenings: nearby bars open up and music starts playing. Special thanks to the host: wonderful person. Helped us get our phone back when we needed to talk to locals in Hindi. (!) Good location: close to cafes, restaurants, small stores. Internet worked without interruptions. Highly Recommended

We ended up ordering from their own kitchen and to be very honest the food was really great at it taste . Service provided by every single person was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The host, Hari, was exceptionally polite, attentive,he was helpful throughout our visit and also provided us with warm blankets . He made sure all our needs were met and provided valuable local insights. The accommodation (appartment) itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable environment. Plus, its proximity to Medanta Hospital made it very convenient for us. I would definitely love to come back again and special thanks to host hari for helping us highly recommend it to others!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Delhi! I was initially hesitant to book since it was a new listing with no reviews, but the rooftop photos convinced me to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! Sumit answered all my questions quickly, which helped me book with confidence. The location is excellent, close to GK2 M Block and other posh areas. The room and bathroom were spotless, with all toiletries provided. They even have a washing machine available if needed. Dinner and breakfast were served on time and were both tasty. Their helper brought me a nice breakfast with tea in the morning. The highlight, though, is the rooftop—amazing views of Greater Kailash, lots of comfy seating, and the perfect place to enjoy tea or dinner, especially when it rains. Sumit’s mother even came to greet me, which was a lovely personal touch. I missed out on evening tea this time, but I’ll definitely be back for it. Highly recommend booking without a second thought!

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

Piyush’s place is legit the cozy experience I was looking for. The place in real life is better than photos. This was by far the best designer bnb i stayed at. Piyush is a great and proactive host, he’s clear with instructions and responsive. What a worth getaway and would definately visit again.

The flat is quiet, comfortable, and peaceful, with quick responses from the host. It’s also conveniently located close to the metro station. Moreover, Rakesh treated me like family. The location of the homestay is very near to Delhi cantt Railway station and also the property is very easy to find. The whole apartment was very tidy & proper. All the amenities mentioned at the listing are true in reality. Even, the kitchen has everything you'll need for cooking. If you're visiting Delhi, this is one of the best places to stay.
