Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

The fully-equipped kitchen featured quality appliances, cookware and utensils perfect for preparing any meal with ease. The amenities were comprehensive from premium bathroom toiletries and plush towels to the incredibly comfortable bedroom with high quality linens. The living space combined style and comfort with reliable WiFi and entertainment options. What truly impressed me was Flavia's hospitality. Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay for a group of 5 (since they got 3 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). Comfortable and clean living room & dining room (as per photo). The air conditioner and the 2 door refrigerator works well. Bathroom with hot water ✅. They provide us a water dispenser (cold & hot); even with extra gallons (don’t need to worry about drinks). ❤️ Strategic location near malls, eateries, shopping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hairdryer. 📲 Self Check-in/out via Paxel Box, it is better to make an appointment for check-in & check-out time 1 day before, so that the host can be on(line) standby to provide the QR Code (because there is a time limit). The host is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended, hopefully can stay again in the future. Thank you for the kind hospitality 🌷🤝🙌🏻

The place was exactly as described and pictured in the photos, and Tesia was very responsive when I asked her questions. The only downside was one of the kitchen pots being greasy from cooking oil (I think a previous guest must've forgotten to clean it up before checking out), but other than that, all the rooms and amenities were very clean. Wi-fi was also fast, so I was able to do some work in the room just fine. Overall a very comfortable stay!

I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

Kita booking unitnya termasuk mendadak sebenarnya, tapi host untungnya komunikatif & sangat fast respon jadi proses booking juga cepat ✨ Arahan check-in oleh Kak Susan juga lancar jaya tanpa hambatan. Arahannya jelas dan detail. Kita request untuk early check-in & late check-out juga diperbolehkan 🥺 Ada akses free ke kolam renang & gym di lantai 1. Ada juga minimarket, laundry & coffee shop persis dekat lobby. Butuh belanja snack/bahan masakan yang lebih lengkap? Ada Indomaret juga di tower yang berbeda. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap u/ masak-masak simple. Ada juga rice cooker mini, kompor listrik, teko listrik, microwave! Peralatan mandi juga disediakan handuk, sabun mandi & shampoo. Ada juga water heater, hairdryer & setrika. Tempat tidur nyaman+ada smart tv jadi bisa movie marathon seharian ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Kak Susan’s Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
