Great place! Very close to local attractions and Gusti was so accomodating we stayed an extra night. The room was super cozy and the apartment complex was complete with food, cafes, salon and convenience stores. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so much Gusti!

One of the best places to stay at BSD

Check in and check out process was nothing but smooth. Host is very responsive. Very strategic location, their unit is super clean. They provide complete amenities and everything you need such as microwave, water dispenser, fridge, and even hairdryer. I will recommend this place to my friend and even myself would love to go back to this place when in Jakarta.

Early as a host and the apartment as a stay have been tremendous. Straightforward, quick and that her initial instructions had already covered everything you need so that things are seamless and you do not need to hassle with unnecessary questions during your stay. The place is as advertised, smells fresh and very clean, AC, fridge and amenities are working and listed in the listing. Overall it's a really worth to value as a place to stay for a short getaway 👍 will definitely rebook for future stays when I have business around the area.

Our family LOVED our stay here - the kids didn’t want to leave! So many fun toys and games. Indira left clear instruction and thoughtful touches which made it a great stay. We will be back!

Thank you Christina, we honestly felt like it’s my own condo, super clean and cozy! The apartment complex has tons of great facilities too. You can explore the nearby botanical park or use the private access to The Breeze, an outdoor mall filled with cafes and restos. Overall, it was a super duper good stay! Just a heads up: the bed is on the firmer side, so far it’s no problem for us since we’re used to firm mattresses (no sore backs in the morning!), but it might be less comfy if you’re used to something softer. See u at the next occasion!

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Jeffry's unit is great. We stayed for a quick business visit and totally glad with the unit. It's just as good as it's desribed. Jeff is caring, always tried to make sure we have a smooth check in and stay. Really worth the paid.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

A true hospitality pioneer, I wish everyone who visits Jakarta crosses paths with people like him. Not to mention the place was extremely accurate to the listing and met our expectations. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.

nice place to stay.. worth the money..

Everything is good especially 55inc tv and netflix etc. Very effective. The only thing that i can say that there is no curtain in balcony door that if you change your clothes thats sides other apertments people might see you. There is little dark filmed on the door glass but still visiable. There is market in entry gate its so usefull also.

Overall, it was a great stay! The place is very comfortable and truly feels like home. The mattress was super soft, and I’m definitely planning to come back sometime. The only downside is that the lighting was a bit dim, but other than that, everything was excellent!
