Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Side Flats, Pittsburgh

This was, by far, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We were very impressed by everything, from the communication to the incredible decor at the house (I want them to decorate my actual house - it’s that good lol). Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. 10/10. Highly recommend especially for people with families/larger groups.

Great spot to go explore the city and in a short distance to all Pittsburgh has to offer, house was also very clean and beds were comfy. 10/10

Six adults and one child stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a perfect place for everybody all of the kids toys books and pack and play was a nice addition and one of the reasons we chose this spot the loft acted as our playroom which worked out perfectly. There were so many thoughtful details that made this place stand out. The neighborhood seemed to be a little rougher, but not so much so that we ever felt unsafe or anything. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Pittsburgh.

Casey's home is a truly a home away from home. She is so responsive and accommodating. The space was so beautifully decorated. The location was pristine! Definitely walkable (a bit more than a stroll but manageable) to major stadiums and the strip district- if you're not up for walking, Ubers are super cheap. We look forward to staying here when we come back!

Great spot with restaurants and corner stores close by, plus a nice little park. Close to downtown and very quick rides to places in Pittsburgh. It really delivered on the experience presented in the pictures. Furniture is comfy and everything is very modern and well-maintained. The electric fireplaces were a really nice touch. Highly recommended for groups of friends looking for a great time in Pittsburgh.

Jim was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. His home was absolutely beautiful, with modern, high-end appliances, plenty of comfortable seating, and beds that were incredibly cozy. The hot tub was a standout feature—amazing jets that really helped with my back pain. It was the perfect way to relax after long days out. The location was also great—close to beautiful mountain views, great places to eat, and just a short drive from PNC Park. We were in Pittsburgh to catch some baseball games, and this spot made the whole trip even better. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I've had. I would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying at this place if you are interested in the Lawrenceville area! It was very walkable to everything we wanted to do in the neighborhood. Parking seemed intimidating at first, but once we did it once it felt very doable. It also helps that Julie has a carport not far away if street parking is unavailable. The space itself is amazing! Very clean, extremely comfortable. Would love to stay again in the future!

good clean place and close to the convention center. we shared this place with a couple families and it worked out amazing for us! would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for the Inaugural Pittsburgh Belly Dance workshops and Fair and the location was perfect. Jack allowed us to drop our things off early which was very convenient! We had ample parking and it was perfect for the three of us aged mid 50’s to mid 70’s. He had motion lights outside the house that put me at ease when we’d arrive late at night after the shows and dinner. Jack was very sweet and responsive!

Staying with Leni was perfect! The space felt so cozy! Some highlights of the listing is how relaxing the bed is with perfect temperature controls of the AC and heat. Having a garage to park my car was great as it snowed during or stay so I didn't have to clean it off and Leni snowblowed the drive way immediately which was very thoughtful as our host. Her lovely protecting dog Kubo was outside the property when we arrived but we didn't have to interact with any of the animals to check in by ourselves. I'm 6"2' and my only complaint was using the shower was a little awkward since I was eyelevel with the shower head but super negligible. Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leni!

This place is a hidden gem. It was exactly what I needed. This place is better in person! Can't wait for the next visit!

Kelly hosted my brother for two months while he was apartment hunting. She was gracious and accommodating. The space is absolutely charming! It’s the top floor of a grand old Victorian house in a safe and very walkable, convenient neighborhood. The room is spacious; the bed is huge and comfortable. The cozy armchair is perfect for reading or watching TV. There is a dining area, kitchenette (no sink) with coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and hot plate. The bathroom is clean and bright. There’s a large, furnished front porch for relaxing and enjoying the local families walking their dogs! If you’re looking for a homey and unique space, Kelly’s place is for you!

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It was clean and beautifully decorated. All of the windows facing the river were the perfect setting for our morning coffee. It was roomy enough for my family without being on top of each other. It was convenient to many bars, brewerys, and restaurants. The host responded very quickly with any questions we had. Such a perfect place to stay. The generously equipped kitchen made it possible for me to spontaneously bake a birthday cake for the friend I was visiting. The beds were super comfy and the apartment itself was very unique and beautiful with all the dark wood. Parking is super easy and it’s close to lots of things.

We cannot say enough about James. Hands down best host we’ve ever had. We had the best time exploring a very cool Pittsburgh, and hope to return sometime.

A group of us stayed at Christina’s home for a ski trip to Seven Springs. The house was well equipped with anything we needed, about a 20 minute drive to the mountain, and the art/decor was awesome! I think the king bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, too. Definitely would recommend! Only tip is make sure to bring bottled water as the tap water has a strong sulfur smell but is perfectly fine to use!

We only got to stay the night but my sister and I both agree it would be a great place to come and stay with a group of friends for a weekend!

Everything about our stay at Kara’s place was even better than we expected! The home is beautifully decorated on a picturesque lot which made it a pleasure to stay at. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and cookware. The bathrooms were immaculate! Great selection of books and games throughout the home. Our 4 kids especially loved the downstairs area and nature watching in the backyard (we saw so many varieties of birds and a doe with 2 fawns!). Kara was very communicative and proactive. She sent a message with info and reminders before checkin which was very helpful. It felt like home and we could tell that the owners care about their guests experience. Great experience all around!

Loved our stay in octagon home, the host Alex was very responsive and the home is situated in the woods, very private. The house was very clean. The linens were very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! We spotted deer and groundhogs in both the front and backyard! We had a wonderful time at Tammy’s home—she was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's cabin. We were in town for work and felt right at home. Would definitely stay at one of Rachel's places again.
