Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic tableware, TV, radio, smoke detectors.

Welcome to enjoy and relax in our cottage in a peaceful setting on the shore of Lake Saimaa. Our Anttola cottage is just a 25-minute drive from Mikkeli's services. The closest grocery store is just a 5-minute drive away in the center of Anttola. If you're looking for a place to stay in the tranquility of nature by the lake, or your interests are camping/hiking, I recommend our cozy cabin for your stay. The cottage is a good way to get there. In the winter season 2025, an ice pump will be installed at the end of the pier!

Saari Lokonen - private island & log cabin

It´s always Sunday on the island! Saari Lokonen is a calm private island in the middle of Finland (near Etelä-Konnevesi national park). Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

Spend your vacation with friends and family, or a romantic weekend with your loved one by the fireplace, surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A small and cozy house in the forest is waiting for you. There is a sauna, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a sofa on the ground floor (accomodates 2 people ), a double bed and a single bed on the first floor, linen is available, wi-fi. The nearest lake is a 13-minute walk through the forest along a beautiful path.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Lakehouse Juolas

A new cottage with all amenities in a beautiful, private location right by a lake. The glass walls in the bedrooms and the living room open up to a breathtaking view to the surrounding lake and forest landscape. It has a large terrace that continues down to the jetty so you can go swim in the lake from your private sauna. To explore the surrounding nature you can also rent eBikes or SUP-boards for your stay. The cleaning service, linen and towels are always included.

Villa Myllymäki

Built on top of Myllymäki with your own hands, it's easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the stunning scenery. The entire window the size of the end wall frames the stunning lake scenery. The farm has about 40 acres of animal grazing forest that guarantees easy and great hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10km by car or 6km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa Illinois

Lovely 66 square meter log cabin with a preserved cottage feel even though there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are lots of board games for rainy days. In the summer, the best part is swimming, rowing, the lake, the sunsets... In winter, the cottage has access to snowmobile trails, ice skiing, snowshoeing, sleds, sliders, etc. You can also see the northern lights from the cottage.
