Holiday rentals with a patio in South Salt Lake

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

처음에 방배정이 잘못되서 살짝 헤맸는데, 바로 확인해서 알려주셨습니다. 꼭대기층 클럽하우스/운동시설은 묵는 기간 동안 꼭 써보거나 가보시는 걸 추천합니다. 모기장이 없어서 놀랬으나, 유타에는 벌레가 잘 없다고 해서 바로 베란다 오픈할수있는건 너무 좋았습니다. 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 다운타운 시내에 공사가 많이 진행중입니다. 주차는 따로 사용하지 않았지만 나쁘지 않아요. 저는 있는 동안 너무 좋았어요! 완전 추천하고 또 salt lake city를 방문한다면 여길 묵을것같아요

Mona & Brent were terrific hosts! Their place was set up well. Mona even stocked the kitchen with essential dry goods and basic items like milk and eggs. I’ve never seen a host do that before. (And I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs.) It was a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and also stocked with toothbrushes and deodorant in case you forgot anything. The microwave broke while I was there and Brent fixed it the same day. They were both so friendly and their space worked for me perfectly the 3 weeks I was there.

It was a cute little green house in a great location and convenient for getting around. I would recommend it for a stay in SLC.

Would recommend!! The hosts were very nice and checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The accommodation was very clean. Main floor shower in the bathroom was extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Location to the downtown was good.

This is the third time we have stayed at Jeron's place and we will continue to stay there every time we are in Salt Lake. Easy access to everything and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Jeron responds quickly to any concerns or issues you may have. Definitely worth staying at this townhouse!

George’s house was beautiful. They had clear instructions on everything. Lights were marked. Doors were marked. Clear instructions on use of TV, ect. Loved how they had plenty of supplies. We were a large family but still had plenty to get us through the trip. Never had that before with any other rentals. There was a clear book with local restaurants and activities. The book also gave clear expectations. You can tell they thought about every detail. We will be needing to go back to Utah often since our son has moved there. Will definitely book there again. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Best rental we have had! Thank you George and crew!!

We loved our stay and would book again. We didn't come to ski and despite the location being up in the heights, we felt the drive time to many restaurants and shopping was totally doable and appreciated the peaceful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The hot tub was a huge treat and we enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector screen. The host was very communicative and had left thoughtful instructions including easy-to-read labels throughout the place so we never struggled to figure anything out. Extra bedding, linens, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even a little welcome basket were so appreciated. I wish more short term rental places were like this! Seriously, the host should write an e-book on putting together the ideal Airbnb for guests.

This was a lovely home with lots of thoughtful touches throughout, including a private garden patio in the back. Such a great location too. Quiet, and within walking distance to locally owned restaurants and Liberty Park. The host was excellent at communicating too. Recommend! (:

David is actually a super host! He went above and beyond before we even checked in when I asked about the location of the Red Butte Gardens distance from his home. Which, btw, is conveniently located if you’re ever going to an event or concert there. The house is historic and beautiful and in a very cute neighborhood! Very clean and thoughtfully decorated with lots of games too! The back porch is very nice and there is a hot tub. Parking was easy on the side of the house and we didn’t even realize there were other guests staying in the guest house and/or basement until we saw them leaving at the same time we were. The location was very convenient and we found some really cool stores and local restaurants to check out. Utah is beautiful and I would highly recommend David’s home. We had a minor remote issue which i thought might be dead batteries and he had is assistant drop of batteries for us immediately! 10/10 Thank you, David!

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

The condo was a fun little getaway! The hot tub was our favorite part! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our little retreat. I was able to reach out to Isaac and got immediate responses. my husband and I were very pleased with our hosts and fun weekend at the condo! We would recommend Isaac and Maritza to friends and family for fantastic hosts. Thank you again for an awesome experience!

The location was perfect for our needs. Any questions I had of Deron were answered immediately. We would certainly consider this location again if we were to return to the area and it was available.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!
