Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Salt Lake

We had a lovely stay! Justin’s home is in a fantastic neighborhood with wonderful views. The house is incredibly well laid out, and our kids really enjoyed the open floor plan and closed off backyard to run around. Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to be. Very clean and well stocked home. Hosts were also flexible with our check in/out times which we were very appreciative of. Thank you for having us!

Scott was a great host with clear communications and even reached out to us to see if we needed refills on water. We had no issues, so we did not need to communicate much with him. The bottom apartment of the duplex was nice and clean, with plenty of space for my family. We found the kitchen well-stocked for cooking. The duplex was close to I215 for easy access to places around Salt Lake City, and a grocery store was also close to the duplex. We had a great experience in Salt Lake City, and our location added to our experience.

Saying our stay at Jack and Katie's place was absolutley amazing is an understatement. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and surrounded with beautiful views of the snow capped mountains. Very kid friendly area, backyard fully fenced in to let kids run around. I have a 9 month old, 3 year old, and a 5 year old so the space in the house and extra kid toys around the house made it feel like we were right at home. There were many close resturaunts and shopping areas right near by. I highly reccomend staying here if you have a big family and need a little bit of home away from home. I hope to be able to rent with Jack and Katie again in the future.

For my first stay in Utah, Id stay here time and time again. It was the perfect escape from LA and Matt couldn't have been more accommodating.

We were very happy with our stay here. The home is inviting with a fully functioning kitchen that we used to cook several meals. They even had organic spices on hand for us to use. Beds were very comfy, and the home was super clean. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. We reached out a few times for various things, and the communication was top notch.

Every part of this exceeded our expectations! Kind and helpful, super responsive hosts. They went above and beyond to make every aspect of our stay comfortable. The accommodation was immaculately clean. Everything you could need provided. Parking was easy and location convenient to a variety of good food options. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and well kept. We felt very safe. Waking up to the view of the lush backyard a delight. I hope we can return someday soon.

This stay was great. In a safe and clean neighborhood and it was very easy to access. We liked that we could park our car in the garage for extra safety. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was that it was a downstairs unit shared with a family of 5 living upstairs and we did not realize this until after we booked. However, this was not a big issue at all as the unit has a completely separate entrance and we had all the privacy we needed.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

My stay was wonderful! This is in the basement of their house, but I didn’t notice as it was quiet and had no issues. The place is pretty big! One of the beds was a king and it was very comfortable. The kitchen area is very small, but outside that everything was wonderful. Very responsive host and clean place. Would stay here again! Thanks!

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful and peaceful Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking mountain views that surrounded the property—it truly felt like a secluded slice of paradise. Every morning I woke up to the sound of nature and a view that looked like it was straight out of a postcard. The home was tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. Speaking of the hosts—they were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, and always available if I needed anything, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy the serenity of the location. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, surrounded by beauty and hosted by genuinely kind people, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Lovely stay. Really appreciated how detailed and helpful the instructions were, how many little amenities there were (stocked kitchen tools, kids books, bathroom supplies, towels and blankets). The layout of the kitchen is a bit odd, with the refrigerator opposite the rest of the kitchen, but thats just the layout of the house. Even with that the place was great.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was perfect in every way - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. But what truly made our experience unforgettable were the hosts. They are extraordinary people: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout our stay. One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

Rileys place is perfect for any type of stay. It has everything you may need and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Adam was a great host, he was friendly easy to communicate with and response time to messages was fast. when ypu first arrive the front of the house looks kinda small but dont be decieved its actually pretty big inside. The 3 bathrooms and 6 Bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. the pool table xbox and games in the basement were a great addition. the main floor kitchen had plenty or space for our whole family to move about in the kitchen was also well stocked with all the basic needs to cook and eat with having the 2nd smaller kitchen area in the basement was nice as well because we could keep drinks and snacks down there as well. would definitely stay there again and Recomend this home to any with a larger group/family

Amazing trip. Location was great - could walk to the gondola in 5 minutes! All the amenities were high quality and everything well stocked.

The house is beautiful and the location is excellent. We used the Shuttle service to go to the Canyons Village and with two families having access to the shuttle was very convenient. The layout is great for families with bedrooms for kids on the first floor and two master bedrooms on the second floor. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. We would rent the property again.

An absolutely stunningly beautiful home only 15 minutes from the airport. I would recommend to anyone staying in Salt Lake City to check this home out.

Jeannie was so accommodating and went above and beyond even with our last minute booking. She provided us a tour of the property to enjoy outdoors then had homemade sourdough bread and chocolate chip cookies ready for us to enjoy a late night snack. Highly recommend staying at the romantic French Chateau!

Such a wonderful time my family & I had during our trip. Allison was very responsive and efficient when it came to any concerns or questions. Will definitely book with her again for our next visit!
