The villa was up to our expectations, the house is beautiful, everything you need for a good vacation, it was really very relaxing, the pool is perfect, 👍🏻 Elena is a very good host, very welcoming, generous, smiling and very good advice:) We had snacks waiting for us in the fridge for cold drinks, fruit… this gesture was really much appreciated by all. Cleanliness level was great 👍🏻 The house is very spacious, it is roadside but does not bother tranquility and privacy in any way. Neighbors are very nice too. The surrounding beaches are beautiful, really good restaurants. All local shops are a few meters from the supermarket villa, pharmacy, car rental agency, primeur... We would not hesitate to return! Our week in Michael’s beautiful villa was made all the better by his fabulous advice and recommendations. The beach is so incredibly close with two great beach bars. It is pebbly so beach shoes help but water is crystal clear. The village is a slow 5 min walk & has the best supermarket and green grocers I have ever seen. The bakery has fab coffee & delicious traditional and artisan bakes. The village comes alive at night with restaurants- a weeks not long enough to try them all & we ate out every night! Special mention to Mama’s (amazing pizza- did take away one night, eaten on beach watching sunset!) On Kiotari beach (12 mins) Sirocco was brilliant- 5euros for the most comfy Sun bed & waitress service -authentic, fresh & v reasonable. That’s all before the beautiful villa! Everything has been considered, from all the kitchen equipment you could want to so many areas to chill, read, or be sociable. Superb bathrooms, AC, sea view balconies, comfy beds & Michael, the perfect host!

Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is easily our favorite villa that we have stayed at in Lachania over the years. We had no issues during our stay and Michail is a great, professional, helpful and responsive host! The instructions to find the house were very descriptive and we found it no problem. Parking was super easy as the villa has its own area that easily fits 4 cars. There’s a Nest lock and code to get in which is convenient and you don’t worry about house keys. The house itself was absolutely amazing. You walk into a big, open first floor plan with a huge patio door leading out to a gorgeous patio. The kitchen was spotless and clearly upgraded recently as was the half bath downstairs. You get a 4k tv with all the streaming services and a Sony Bluetooth ready speaker system for your music. Upstairs you’ll find 2 beautiful bedrooms with larger and comfy beds and an amazing full bath with a tub/shower combo. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking, especially at night with all the stars visible.

The stay in this villa was, in a word, perfect! The owners were so kind that they allowed us to have our wedding at this wonderful villa. The wedding at this place was like a fairy tale and completely according to our imaginations. The wonderful experience was also greatly helped by the manager of the villa, Mehmet, who was always available and willing to help with everything that was needed and thus also greatly contributed to the perfection of the stay and our wedding, for which we are very grateful to him. We highly recommend this place and would definitely like to come back again.

We had an amazing time here. 5 adults and 3 young children under 4. Host had great communication, very helpful if needed. Couldn’t fault it. Villa is in an amazing location with lovely beach at the bottom of the garden. Village nearby is 4 mins in car. Great tavernas and bakery etc. and loads more all within 20 minute drives. Highly recommend this place

Maria and Anastasia were exceptional hosts. They welcomed us very well, offered fresh fruit and gave all the necessary and timely information. It was really nice to stay in their fantastic apartment equipped with every comfort and where we could dine with a sea view on the beautiful terrace. Perfect location, I recommend it to everyone!

Had a wonderful stay for our whole family. Nice accommodation. Rent a car is recommended, because many activities and sights are a little further away. This may also be possible by public transport, but we have not tried that. We had some struggles with our rented cars. But this helpful host, has arranged a transfer for us from the airport, and then arranged for 2 rentalcars to be brought to the location.
