Lovely self contained flat

Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. We’re situated in a nice quiet residential area, yet close enough to plenty of shops restaurants and pubs etc. With quick and easy access to A13 and M25

The cabin -

The cabin is close to all shops and main line train. Idea for up to 4 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a single blow up bed. There is a small desk and chair, if you need to work. For the children. There is a craft shed full of craft stuff, if it a rainy day. Children have to be supervised at all times by an appropriate adult. The kitchen has a hob, air fryer, and m/wave.

We have engineers that work on sites and jobs all over the UK, and an Air BnB is usually the preferred option when it comes to staying over closer to site. This home and host were perfect, the house itself was exact as described. Very modern and kept to an extremely high standard, the house has been clearly looked after as every inch was very clean. Our engineers genuinely felt that it was a home away from home, which made the idea of working away for them a lot easier as its usually not their favorite thing to do. Julie was very informative and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this Air BnB, and will hopefully get the opportunity to book with you again :)

Adam was really helpful. The apartment was just as described , I can’t fault this at all in any way . I was actually looking to even book more days but I guess just as me others liked the apartment and were willing to come back . I will do in future however !
