The bourgeois house in which the accommodation is located is a national cultural monument maintained on the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The building is the main entrance gate from the historical center of the monument zone of Třebíč – Karlovo náměstí, through the extremely sensitively reconstructed courtyard route of the hotel on the embankment of the Jihlava River, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the center of the Jewish city and further to the castle complex of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Prokop.
