The Ants Nest is a beautiful old cottage that felt homely as soon as you walked through the door. Perfect for family with the beach located directly in front of the property and the lovely foreshore park and playground viewing distance from the front veranda. Highly recommend a stay there

Great experience, a perfect Air BnB cottage close the beach and near to General services. A/C, kitchen, TV and beautiful pool. It was my daughters and I ( plus our Jack Russel ) first experience in an Air BnB, a high level now set by this great host. I highly recommend 🍻

Sarah's place was just as described, perfectly simple and just as you would expect and hope for a chill beach holiday or weekender. We all slept well in comfortable beds and enjoyed having meals in the lovely modern beachy kitchen.

We needed somewhere pet friendly for a mini-break after some very hectic times. The location is excellent, close to natural environment everywhere. The house and fit out were of a very high standard and good to use. As avid readers, we would have loved a hammock or deep reading chair, but that is the only thing that could improve a lovely getaway.

Absolutely stunning place to stay in a beautiful location nestled between the rainforest and the sea. We had the best time. The house was perfect for two families, very spacious with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The photos really don’t do it justice. Our favourite outdoor lounge area was sheltered by beautiful tropical gardens making it a great place to relax and socialise rain or shine. The house is a super short walk to the spectacular palm tree fringed beach with stunning views to the islands and amazing sunrises. It is a short walk to town along a beautiful coastal trail with some lovely places to eat and look around. Many great coastal and rainforest walks nearby. Such a beautiful part of the world with a very relaxed vibe.

Our 2nd stay at Siobhan's place- we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Mission Beach. Perfect location- privacy in rain forest with beach across the road and a beautiful spacious home (and pool) with perfect indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. 10/10.

Absolutely incredible stay! The views from the balcony were breathtaking, overlooking the water, soft sand and swaying palm trees. It felt like a postcard come to life. Brenda was so friendly and helpful throughout the stay, making everything easy and welcoming. The place itself was spotless, you could tell she really cares about keeping it clean and comfortable for guests. The bed was super comfortable too. I slept like a dream every night. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Seasons for the weekend with our family. The house was spotless, beautifully presented and equipped with everything you could need and more, including a huge selection of dvds, books, games, kitchen items, bedding, etc. The open floor plan and bifold doors/ windows allow you to enjoy the stunning view of the beach from almost all corners of the home. The close proximity to the beach and the board walk was appreciated by the whole family all weekend, and kept the kids busy for hours. We will definitely be back!

Natalie was very accomodating and responsive to all messages. The house was large enough for 8 adults , and a very convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect- right across from the beach with a beautiful view out to the islands. We loved the pool and outdoor entertaining area. The master bedroom and ensure is decorated beautifully. Overall the house makes for a relaxing and peaceful stay for a long weekend or extended stay. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Even had a visit by a Cassowary and her three chicks! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so the ping pong table was very useful! The two outdoor eating areas were great too! Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed and more.

A girl's weekend away at Vicki's place turned out to be a fun, relaxing weekend with beautiful views of the beach and Dunk Island. Etty Bay is my childhood beach so I’m slightly biased, but I still think it’s my favourite beach in the world - where the rainforest meets the sea and the wildlife roam free! Stunning views from the house, yet tucked away you feel like you’re a million miles away from everything but a short stroll down to the beach make this such a hidden paradise!

Our stay at Frangipani Place was perfect. The location is amazing with plenty to do locally, but just as easy to chill by the pool and stay in! We highly recommend

This unit was exactly as described. Very well set out, spacious, beautiful outlook over the beach. Beds were comfortable. Sufficient seating for everyone.

We enjoyed a very nice stay and it is very close to the beach. It is a nice area and it was very relaxing. It is an open loft, so you take care of each other that you are not too loud.

This was first Airbnb experience and it was a very good one. The premises, location and setting was perfect for this sleepy little Queensland beach village and I would highly recommend it for those who want to escape the city life and make their own adventures.

Perfect spot for a family get away, felt right at home. Fully functional house, so many little extras around that are so handy when travelling. Perfect spot only a few steps away from the gorgeous beach view, will definitely be back here :)
