Private suite holiday rentals in South Los Angeles

It was really easy to get to the accommodation and it’s located in a really peaceful & convenient spot. What stood out was that Karim is an extremely stellar host. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Thank you so much Karim! BTW, we struggled a bit opening backyard door so we experimented and the trick is to lift the door a little and jiggle!

I give it a 10* the place was very close to everything and everywhere I wanted to go and it was nice and cozy, my family and I were very pleased with the place, I would definitely recommend and want to stay there again whenever I am in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Andrews place. Beautiful quiet and safe area with walking distance to cafés and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed, a nice big bathroom, small fridge and a coffee station. Andrew was super nice and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would say is that the outside area didn’t quite match the pictures with kids toys and such, but if you’re not planning on being outside it won’t bother you. Other than that the pictures matches the cottage!

Sono persone stupende e ti accolgono a casa loro come in famiglia. L'alloggio pulito, confortevole e accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Possibilità di parcheggiare davanti alla porta. I had a great stay at Michael’s. I’m in town often and will definitely be coming back to his place. It’s an ideal location, very private and quiet and convenient to great restaurants, parks and shops. Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at Steve and Kathy's place! The space is quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Steve and Kathy were excellent hosts and very communicative. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

It was a great place to stay for a couple nights! the TV was a huge plus and it was quiet. bathroom and kitchen amenities were clean and wasn’t too small!

Très belle chambre cosy et calme avec une entrée privée par le côté de la maison. À quelques minutes des quartiers centraux de Los Angeles la maison est dans une rue sans issue peu passante au milieu des collines. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Rachel has quite the elaborate backyard garden with chickens, bananas, peaches, lemons, has the feel of a secret garden, a homey vibe in an urban neighborhood. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, San Pedro fish market, Cabrillo marina, close to the highway if you wanna explore LA. Room was clean, microwave & fridge, Keurig, spacious full bathroom.

Anand ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und offen. Er hat uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles erklärt und super Restaurant Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn wir wieder in L.A. sind, schauen wir gerne wieder vorbei!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

Dan's place is a gem. Absolutely a great find. This was my first time in LA so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were welcomed with a bowl of melons. Much needed on a nice summer day. Thanks, Dan! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Loved open windows as we get light breeze throughout the day. We didn't explore much in this neighborhood. We drove to other places. WiFi worked great for my work. Overall, we had a great time. I am definitely going to look for this place when I come back to LA next time.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and we felt comfortable right from the beginning! Parking was super easy at all times, getting inside worked out without any problems and the place felt really private because of the separate entrance. Teresa is a kind and supportive host and always responding fast! We would definitely stay here again :)

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

A great place and Allan was a great host. Very clean, spacious and full of everything you need. A very quiet neigborhood, and just a a block away from Ralphs, Target, and a very short drive to beach. Allan made the stay very easy and comfortable.

Totally enjoyed my stay! Felt right at home and loved the patio. I walked daily and enjoyed all there was to do in the area.
