We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped, which made everything very convenient. It had a warm and homey atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. The host was also very informative and helpful, providing clear instructions and thoughtful details throughout. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

For the price i pay, the place is cozy and worth every penny, indomaret at the lobby is really convenient as i can find most of the groceries there.

The apartment is spectacular. The luxurious feeling was very hospitable. Well decorated, beautiful decor and convenient amenities. The view is amazing. Laundry snd convenience store right downstairs. Pool is excellent. Food and supermarket easily available just a few minutes walk. The staff Intan was very nice to communicate with. She was kind, helpful and gave clear instructions. It was such an incredible experience in this apartment. I look forward to being back here soon...

The place is very strategic, close to the known Cikajang street with its famous Bakmi Boy Santa and the Pasar Santa itself. Everything is good and handy in the apartment, we like it very much. Thank you!

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

unitnya bersih, rapi dan lengkap. yg saya paling suka adalah lantai balkonnya dipakein rumput sintetis dan ada meja kursi jd enk utk ngopi pagi atau sore. tv udh smart tv bs ntn youtube. kasur empuk, ac dingin, ada gas dan rice cooker buat masak, alat makan lengkap, kulkas, microwave jg ada. worth bgt!

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)
