The Airbnb was fantastic! The host was very responsive, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and smelled great, which made it feel extra comfortable. I’d definitely book again if I come back to BSD

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

the unit is clean, tidy and complete. what I like most is that the balcony floor is covered with synthetic grass and there is a table and chair so it's a corner for morning or afternoon coffee. the tv is a smart tv and can watch youtube. soft mattress, air conditioning, there is gas and a rice cooker for cooking, complete cutlery, refrigerator, microwave also available. really worth it!

We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

I would like to thank Radinda on her guest to us, the place was beautiful and comfortable, the view was great on the city I loved the place very much, it will always be my favorite destination in Jakarta.

The place is very strategic, close to the known Cikajang street with its famous Bakmi Boy Santa and the Pasar Santa itself. Everything is good and handy in the apartment, we like it very much. Thank you!

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

Responsive and flexible host and great place to stay.

I felt right at home as soon as I arrived at Jonathan's accommodation. The place as a nice interior and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook some meals. The location is well located there is a Bus station and LRT station right in front of the building and a shopping mall is also near by. The accommodation has everything for a short or long term stay. Jonathan is a really lovely host and does his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can definitely recommend the place and would book it again in the future:)

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.
