The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and spacious - exactly as described. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Sai was incredibly responsive and kind, with excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Centrally located to restaurants, but also quiet because it was on a pedestrian-only street. We found it easy to walk the the Tube, Oxford Circus, Soho, and several other neighborhoods. Stephen was responsive to messages after we booked. The place was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee. The place looks just like the photos. It was nice staying in a duplex. Each room was a good size. It was nice having a washer-dryer too. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and modern. Washer (and dryer!), along with an espresso machine, were great amenities, in addition to the enclosed patio. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the station for 3 main lines including Piccadilly which takes you directly to Heathrow. Restaurants, pubs even a gelato shop all within a 50 feet, though could be an issue for some as the noise did go until later in the evening. Also, no air conditioning, we were there in May and with windows open and the fans it was OK but I could see it being an issue in summer.

Highly recommend this property. Looks just like the pictures and is very spacious. Easy access from two different tube stations and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Jenny was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions.

Great condo just outside the hustle and bustle of central London. Plenty of local spots for morning coffee or a quick bite. Baron’s Court subway stop is a short walk away to get anywhere in London quickly. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with plenty of space inside to stretch out and relax. Would book again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Tube and Kensington Park, which made it really convenient for exploring the city. We stayed with our 8-month-old baby and everything went smoothly. The nearby parks were ideal for planning relaxed, baby-friendly days, and our little one felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful, the broad range of related information provided pre stay was comprehensive. The apartment was uncluttered, clean and spacious with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The parking was secure and convenient, only a short walk from the apartment building. The close proximity to local cafes, restaurants and artisan shops simplified catering for a short stay whist providing different and interesting options for every meal. Public transport links are very good, bus, train and underground. looking forward to staying there again.

The flat is lovely in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We had a snafu at check in but Patricia fixed it and made it right. Patricia is a gracious host who has thoughtfully curated the flat with attention to details. We appreciated the quality of the amenities and products, including the bed, linens, soaps, etc. It had everything we needed.

The flat was in a great location near the tube station and bus stops, with many shops nearby. It was nicely decorated, clean, and very modern. Mehdi was very responsive and easy to reach. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall it was a comfortable and cosy stay, would recommend!

Thanks Lynn. Great place. Family and I loved it. Felt like home. I also felt like it was far enough off of the main streets that if didn’t feel busy or noisy in the evening yet we were simply two blocks away from all the action. Appreciate all the help with the changes and misc stuff.

This is a perfect place for a London holiday if you don’t want to be in the crush of a tourist area. The flat is spacious and uncluttered, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has pubs and restaurants galore with a mix of local and chain cafes and coffee shops all within an easy walk. Practically across the street from Kensington Gardens, it feels like a quiet neighborhood despite being minutes from West End theatres, shopping, tourist attractions, Portobello Road, and the banks of the Thames. We are a family of four with two teenagers and although the kids shared a bedroom, the flat did not feel cramped at all. The balcony/deck was a nice addition. The appliances and furnishings were in good shape. The entire flat was clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed over a weekend and there was virtually no building or road noise. We would gladly come back and highly recommend the flat.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

Wish we could have stayed longer! The place is small, but has all the details. Very well stocked to the smallest details. Extra touches are very appreciated, like tea and coffee. Absolutely lovely area. The pace can sleep more people, but because it's so small, that would be rather crammed. Overall, a wonderful place for Chelsea. Definitely would look to stay here again!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay. Joanne’s place was beautiful, quiet and clean. She was a wonderful host, providing detailed instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. The apartment was so sweet! It accommodated 5 of us nicely and the location felt very safe and central - would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Maria’s listing was perfect, everything I need was available, the kitchen had all what you need, also the area is fantastic as there are two tube stations near the location that connect you to everything you want to reach, Also Maria and Aiza were very helpful and there quick response was amazing, I had enjoyed my stay, and if I am visiting London again the first place will think about is this listing, Thank you Maria and Aiza for everything.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.
