From the initial booking to checkout, Felicia was an absolute delight to work with. Her proactive and responsive communication made the entire process seamless. She provided detailed instructions, recommendations, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and care that Felicia puts into her space is truly impressive. What really made my stay stand out, however, was Felicia's exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and supported throughout my stay. Her helpfulness and kindness were genuinely remarkable – she's truly a superstar host! had a great staycation with some friends, the location is easily accessible, the apartment staff are also very helpful. it's easy to find food as it is next to a mall. the place is beyond expectation. It's chic, cool, tidy, and pristine cleanliness. it is next to a mall, but not noisy at all. I'll probably choose this place again in the near future.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Tidy, clean, and well-maintained place—just what we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great and everything worked perfectly. Loved the convenient location, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was so great to stay at Lawrence and Annas property for a couple of days. We were also welcomed by some very yummy treats which was a lovely surprise A+++

All is good. Just I can’t find any cutlery. That’s only missing. Otherwise everything is perfect. Sure will come back again.

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

I had an excellent stay here! The apartment had great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, whirlpool) and the mall just below had everything one might need. Mas Iqbal was also very flexible and responsive, would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pier's place! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Check-in process was smooth too and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

this place was great, i loved the view, loved watching the sunrise over jakarta from above the clouds. it was quiet, clean, everything was wonderful.

I had a fantastic stay at this city view Airbnb. The view from the large windows was truly impressive sparkling city lights at night and vibrant urban life during the day. It felt like I had a front row seat to the heart of the city without leaving the room. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Natural light poured in during the day, and at night the skyline looked absolutely magical. I especially loved waking up to the sight of the city slowly coming to life such a unique and energizing experience. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress free.
