Holiday rentals with a patio in South Jakarta City

It was a great experience for sure Elvira helped a lot during in various questions and was always responsive. The apartment itself has a perfect location near to Epicentrum Walk and Kokas, which have all you need for life. Inside the apartment everything is tidy, and the view from the balcony just stole my heart! The only thing you might consider are several mosques in front of the windows, so starting from 3 am it gets noisy, on some days even for the whole day. But even here Elvira left fresh earplugs for my convenience, so sleep was also great. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

Cheas is a lovely host. She was very kind and helpful during my stay. She recommended places to eat and also places to take pictures. I certainly enjoyed my stay!

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, very close to the MRT, minimarts, and lots of food options, all within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally soft and cozy, which made it easy to relax. While there was some noise from the nearby main road, it wasn’t disruptive and still allowed for a good night’s sleep. The host was kind and responded quickly to any questions, which made the experience even smoother. I’d gladly stay here again!

Paskasius’ place is comfortable, clean, and there are plenty of security guards around the building, so we felt safe. There’s also direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall. We’ll definitely come back.

very clean apartment, the room is spacious and spacious. Modern and sophisticated. The hot water is very good not only in the bathroom but also in all taps, up to the dishwashing tap. there is a washing machine. free parking. complete facilities. The apartment is still very new. so there are some installs that are not complete. over all 5 stars

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

the host is very friendly and helpful. the house is very comfortable and easy to access. very satisfied with all the facilities they provide.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Super comfortable place. My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. Actually, my friends and I were 'got scammed' by a local promoter for a concert and we decided to stay for a while to relieve our stress. Since we are all workers, we could only staycation in Jakarta. But staying at Roomaku, the vibe is not like in Jakarta. Roomaku was very calming and peaceful place. We can also relax by swimming or just sitting and looking at the garden. It was really satisfying experience stayed in here, especially the warm response from the host and the house assistant. Thanks a lot, Roomaku 💓

Casa Grande is a very good place to stay since it has direct access to the mall. The unit was clean and the check in was smooth.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

A good cozy studio. Great views, not far from train station. Mall is just downstairs. Wifi speed good. Swimming pool and gym downstairs.

Great host. Great building and location with very attentive staff. Pool and gym first class and having direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall (one of the 90s best in Jakarta) is a bonus
