Rented the house as a lodging for me and my friends who had event near by and the house was great! very spacious and easily accessible! David was also very responsive and helpful during our stay. overall a very nice experience and very worth the price

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Very nice location but unfortunately i found so many hair in the carpet in front of the tv maube its from the previous renter But we can have late check out at 12 pm so its ok lah

Mba Titi was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Alice's place was just perfect for my needs. It's in the heart of Kemang and Central Jakarta is easy to reach as well. The place was perfectly clean and the apartment is equipped with literally everything that one needs for a short or longer stay. The city view in the night is breathtaking. On the daytime there is a huge garbage dump when you look from the balcony. It's not smelly though. Don't forget to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds because there is a lot of islamic chanting going on in the morning.

It was a very nice room

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

Really recommend staying in Ariama Serviced Residence. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights on the 4th floor and we’re very pleased. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a minimalist, modern vibe. It includes kitchen and washing/ dryer which was very convenient for us. There is also housemaid available to clean and can do laundry service for 5 pcs daily. The living room would fit a couple or max 3 people. There’s a small balcony connected to the kitchen. My only con is that I wish theTV had netflix. The bedroom includes a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. Theres a mirrored wardrobe with clothes hangers and small safe. However I did not find iron. There is also a small work desk. The bathroom is has a modern design and it’s quite spacious. The shower was nice to use and there’s also a large bathtub. I did find that bathroom could of been cleaner especially the shower/ bath area as there was some soap scum. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would come back :)

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect close to public transport, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again next time^^

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

This was my first trip to Jakarta and Indira’s place was just idle - suited my needs and was close to my conference venue. The host helped in check in early as my flight was early. She was always responsive to all my queries and the house was vey clean and had all the amenities. Would like to stay again during my trip next time.

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!
