House holiday rentals in South Jakarta City

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Patricks Haus! Es war so geräumig, sauber und einladend. Und man hatte einen einzigartigen Blick in die Natur, den ich sonst noch nie in Jakarta erlebt hatte. Wir liebten die große Terrasse und unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Den Service, dass die Zimmer regelmäßig gereinigt wurden, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wie würden sehr gerne das Haus wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Jakarta!

I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. This loft is It is beautifully furnished, sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Charles and Retna are always very helpful and attentive to ensure my life here is easy. I will definately come back again in the near future!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

7명이 지낼 숙소를 찾아보았는데 숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 1층은에어콘이 없지만 실링팬을 켜두면 괜찮습니다. 수영장에서 수영은 못했지만 모여서 발 담고 수다떨었어요. 체크인 전 / 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 잇는지 문의했는데 매우 친절하게 가능하다고 했습니다. 여러명이 가신다면 추천합니다

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

overall pengalaman saya disana senang, karena di sekitar rumahnya dekat dan banyak dengan warung kecil dan makanan serta jajanan. jadi memudahkan kami membeli makanan di sekitar tanpa harus memakai kendaraan, beberapa kali listrik padam. tapi kami bisa menangani nya.., kami berhasil melakukan efisiensi buat inu kamar mandi bersih air hujan bersih.., semua sesuai dengan foto. sangat senang dan bahagia disana , tentunya dekat juga dengan mall

Overall my family and I had a very positive experience staying at Mba Astari’s place. House was clean, bedrooms are big, kitchen are fully equipped with cooking utensils and tablewares, amenities are provided. Mba Astari was really friendly, helpful, and responsive. She also went above and beyond to provide utensils for bbq as we stayed there for new year’s eve. Several things to note though: 1. The room without AC was really hot all day, turning on the fan(s) did not really help. Also, the fans were loud so it was better off during the night. We had the door slightly opened and the window opened to let more air in. 2. The toilet in the biggest bedroom’s bathroom is very close to the wall and facing it, would be inconvenient for people with long legs to use. However, there are 3 others toilet you can use without problems. 3. The streets were busy so it was quite noisy all day. The street in front of the house was also a bit narrow, making it tricky to get in and out the carport.

Had a nice stay at kak Varadila's place. She allowed me to visit the house first because i need to see if it is accessible for wheelchair. Clear instruction for check in, clean & spacious house, peaceful surroundings and she was so helpful and available to call anytime. My family is very satisfied, thank youuuu so much. very very recommended utk acara keluarga yg ramean ♡ thank you kak!
