Serviced apartment holiday rentals in South East Asia

This was our third stay at Sitara and we loved it as usual. This is such a lovely aparthotel with wonderful ownership and staff. They make you feel like family instantly and were helpful with assisting us to book Muay Thai tickets and had lots of great suggestions for things to do. The room itself was fresh, clean and very comfortable for an extended stay. We had a great city skyline view from our 8th floor patio which was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. The free Tuk Tuk service to the MRT station is very handy but we most often walked it as it's very close. Like most Bangkok neighborhoods, there is amazing food all around this property in all directions and also a Lotus very close by. The 7-11 at the end of the road is literally a two minute walk away as well. Oh and I almost forgot, the last time we were at Sitara I had asked for an extra pillow, upon check in this time, the bed had extra pillows! This was months later, service doesn't get much better than that! See you again soon.

We have been coming back to the apartment over and over again every time we come to Bangkok. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, safe and easily accessible by sky train, look no further. Ont’s place is the only place we will stay. Host and co-hosts are super proactive and friendly and will go through all means to ensure we have a great stay always. Recommended!

Erika's place is gorgeous. Designed beautifuly and thought out to every small detail. It was clean when we arrived , well equiped and fulfilled all our needs of an apartment in Koh Samui. Erika was responsive, available and friendly whenever we reached out. One small downside is that Garb, bolt and deliveries are not allowed to enter the complex, so it means you need to walk out 3-4 minute to the entrance if you order anything or arrive and leave with all suitcases. We really enjoyed and will definitely return, warmly recommend to all!

We absolutely loved our stay at Joanna’s on Gili T. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the street below while enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean. The bed was also super comfy and the aircon was amazing after a hot day out. The staff were always so kind and helpful and someone was always nearby if we needed anything. We’re sad to leave our little piece of heaven but we’ll definitely be back!

Super happy with this apartment. I had it all to myself and that was just fine. Things I loved: -Picasso! 🐈 always there to greet you when you come home -Filtered water! -Cooking essentials -location: quite area but walkable to anything you need I highly recommend you to stay here, i know some reviews said it wasn’t luggage friendly which was a concern of mine but when I reached out he said it was not a problem and he hoisted my bag up those stairs like it was nothing! I was impressed. Definitely stay here and please give Picasso some kisses for me when you do. Thx

The place was amazing. The views from the balconies specifically at night were absolutely spectacular. Loved every minute of it. Just note, anything and everything over and above mentioned is chargeable. The location is amazing, very safe and the building is also an experience If you don’t stay in big apartments like us. Great stay enjoyed the bathtub and mini kitchen. Apartment is close to lots of attractions and great restaurants. They were super friendly to me they kept my luggage before my next check in and also allowed me to stay in lobby while I waited for my next check in. Thank you for great customer service.

Amazing place to stay! I am solo traveling and it was still quite affordable! The whole room is so clean and has all the amenities including a washer and dryer! 1000% recommend even for a couple!

Kavin and his staff were extremely helpful. From allowing me to change units due to outside issues, and helping me have a package delivered to the location. Would definitely recommend this location and host to anyone staying. The staff was extremely proactive and assisted with any and everything that came up.

I found this place last minute and I had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The view from our unit overlooked the city. Sew is an extremely responsive host and his unit has all the basic amenities to make you feel at home.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. It was quiet at night, so I could rest well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out were smooth. I’d definitely love to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

30대 중반 남자 혼자 8박 10일 이용했습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리면 매우 만족스러운 숙소이며 다낭 재방문시 다시 이용할 예정입니다. 케빈은 몹시 친절합니다. 도움이 필요하면 언제든 도움을 줍니다. 한시장 도보로 10~12분 정도 소요되며 필요시 그랩 오토바이를 이용했습니다. 주변 도보 1분 거리에 Phở Ngọc 라는 식당이 있습니다. 꼭 가보시기 추전 드립니다. 단점을 말씀드리겠습니다. 1. 방음이 잘 되진 않습니다. 필요시 이어플러그 준비해주시면 좋을거 같습니다. 2.샤워기(+샤워기 필터) 챙겨가시는걸 추천합니다. 일주일 정도 지나니 샤워기 필터가 점점 진한 갈색으로 변해갑니다.. ㅎㅎ 개인적으로 매우 만족하여 추천하는 숙소입니다.😃

Nice room, host was really responsive and even upgraded my suite because the one I had booked was unavailable. Great location with tons of restaurants nearby. Host allowed me a little later check out and everything went well. Would stay again

A really nice place! I enjoyed my stay a lot. There are some animals around, but much fewer than I expected. I didn’t rent a scooter because taking Grab to the center is very cheap. The restaurants in the area are nice. I had some 1-on-1 online meetings — the Wi-Fi isn’t always stable, so it’s better to have mobile data as a backup (it works well 90% of the time). If it rains, the road outside can get a bit flooded. If you plan to walk, make sure to wear suitable shoes. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay in Phamily Residence and decided to extend for one more month. The neighborhood is very expats-friendly with a lot of foreigners but also very nice local people. The apartment is located next to dozens of varied restaurants and 5 minutes away from the beach. The interior is as described so nothing much to add about this. The manager in charge of the place (who is not the same person as the Airbnb owner) is friendly, even though he does not speak English we could communicate through translators. Only downside is that the neighborhood is very noisy, especially due to locals on scooters selling with loud megaphones at all hours, but also because there was a massive construction work literally on the building nextdoor, which caused a lot of noise and vibration. If you're looking for a quiet place, it may not be right for you. But if you're there to work online at home or in cafes, meet a lot of new people, and enjoy delicious food from all over the world, go for it!

Everything was great: location, view from the room, clean apartment. Worth the price!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Green Peace Village. It feels like it's in the heart of the spirit of Da Nang- with street eats nearby, the hustle/bustle of the city, and the beach within a twenty minute walk away. We would stay here again!

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!
