Holiday rentals with a home cinema in South East Asia

The location is very good because it is near Taipei Main Station. If the weather is cool, you can walk to the nearby tourist attractions. (It's hard in the summer. Taiwan is hot. A lot) Lots of space and more pleasant than the photos You can also see the night view out the window. It's a pity that there's only one towel per person. It was a little uncomfortable because there was no separate space to hang laundry.

Our host Mandy was very warm, welcoming, friendly and accommodating for what we needed in our stay in Taipei. The location and the views are absolutely amazing. Her apartment is also very clean, tidy and a perfect introduction for our first trip to Taiwan. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Taipei.

Perfect for a traditional stay in the city, close to most attractions and lots of food/cafe etc. Very clean and tidy, great to have washer/dryer available. We couldn’t get the projector working and check in is slighter harder than the norm but instructions are clear and work well. Not as spacious as the photos but is an apartment in the city. Beds very large and comfortable. Host was amazing, very helpful and good instructions and advice for tips around the city. we enjoyed our stay thankyou

Grata and comfortable

Stay in this authentic Hanoi flat that is quiet, clean, and in the middle of the old quarter. Don't let the entrance and 5th floor walkup scare you. Once you enter this gorgeous apartment you'll feel right at home. We are a family of four and our two boys stayed in the downstairs room, while we had our own suite upstairs. We loved waking up to the hustle and bustle of the city down below. Don't hesitate to book this spot and enjoy everything that Hanoi has to offer!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helen was a most accommodating host. From the point of my first enquiry she was on the ball and on point, ready and willing to answer my questions as well as volunteer unsolicited information such as where to eat and shop in the local area. Her directions to the building and to access the apartment where clear and precise. The apartment itself is very conveniently located to the Kennedy Town MTR (about a 3 minute walk) and delightfully welcoming: clean, bright and cosy with a funky access to the kitchen and roof-top chilling area. Amazing views overlooking the harbour towards Discovery Bay on Lantau Island to the west and the Kwai Chung/Cheung Sha Wan area of Kowloon to the north east. Being a slightly taller person (6'+) the bed is ideal for someone of more average height who would find it a great place to spend a restful night's sleep. That observation is not a criticism, just hopefully a snippet of useful information. Overall excellent value for money and highly recommended.

from check-in to drop off very uncomplicated, the location is top if you want peace and relaxation, the accommodation itself is coolly furnished and nearby it has a very good ramen restaurant that we went to twice I can only recommend

We had a great stay, the villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive if we needed anything. A nice cafe and protein gelato next door also.

We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two teenagers, we found the three bedrooms very comfortable and ideal for our family. The accommodation was conveniently located close to local food spots, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. The host was exceptionally kind—he waited for us until 12:30 am due to a delayed flight and gave us a warm welcome, even helping with our bags during both check-in and check-out. He also provided detailed instructions about the house and nearby attractions, which was incredibly helpful. The only minor downside was that the bedrooms weren’t well-ventilated, and the air conditioning took a bit of time to cool the rooms. Adding individual fans in each room would definitely enhance the overall comfort. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Ive stayed in Airbnb’s around the world and this is one of my favorites! I stayed with 12 adults and my one year old and we all fit very comfortably. The living room was the perfect hang out spot between adventures. The living room is also on the third floor and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The elevator was perfect for my 80-year old grandma and aunt to navigate up and down the floors. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the laundry dryers got our clothes dry. There are also doors to isolate the rooms and hallways from the staircase which was a huge bonus with a one year old. We’d gladly stay here again!

We were at villa Pasirbaru for 4 days. These were wonderful, peaceful days spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the views. Dewi is a wonderful person and her staff were extremely helpful. Great time. We enjoyed our stay. Had a good time at Joy Cafe. Everything was as indicated in description and reviews. Nice to stay in a peaceful location and take a Grab to some more tourists areas. Had breakfast prepared for us on two mornings and it was amazing.

We loved the house and the host Sommai !!! The home was perfect for a family of 4. Sommai was an excellent host, he even took all of us to the Train station at 5:30am !!! We highly recommend his home, and we will definitely come back !!! Thank you !!!

The room, located right above the Taipei bus station, was large enough for two people to spend four nights and five days, and also very clean and convenient. The host was very kind, gave me a lot of detailed directions and helped me check in. I think this is one of the best places to stay for those who want to move around a lot around Taipei Station.

Great value and very responsive host. I had to cut my stay short and the host was very accommodating. The games in the pictures are as described and are fun. The condo build has convience stores and restuarants all walkable in the same compex. The A/C system is really good, so you can beat the Malay heat.

The unit was very clean and perfect for our short vacation in BGC. The host recommended restaurants that we tried and enjoyed. The unit was fully equipped with essentials and a decent wifi connection. I like that Netflix was also available. The building also felt safe with good security. I totally recommend this listing. Apple was very accommodating and responsive. Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Nice condo in a good location.

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly welcoming—waiting for us at the doorstep when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Although it’s located in a lively and bustling district, the place was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. It’s also close to lots of amazing local eateries and just a short walk to Meng Ga, which is a big plus for food lovers! The host also checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!
