Everything went smoothly, hosts are friendly and responsive, instructions are pretty clear and homestay is exactly as described! It takes ~20 minutes to get from homestay to old quater with bike. I would highly recommend this accomodation!

I highly recommend this accommodation! The place is very clean, both the rooms and the surrounding areas are well maintained. The owner is also very friendly and provides excellent service, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room is clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials for a restful stay. In addition, the surrounding environment feels safe, making it suitable for solo travelers or families. Another plus: there are plenty of dining options nearby, all within walking distance from the accommodation. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. I would definitely come back if I get the chance!

Worth the price! Right at the heart of the city, exit directly into the toll, close to the center of souvenirs and culinary. Room spacious and aesthetically pleasing to stay, clean too, complete amenities. The host is responsive and the instructions are clear, flexible check in. Definitely will be back soon!

Very happy with one stay!The owner's wife is very kind, the focus is that the interior of the house is very well furnished, and the living room is very chill and can sit comfortably and watch TV also has mod, which is great!(The light is a little dark, but it affects the whole) The room is in the small loft, there is also a large desk where you can work, there is also a full-length mirror by the door of the room to check (super-like), there is also a make-up table by the toilet, although it is a B&B, but the snacks and bubbly noodles are completely unpleasant, the owner is also very detailed when we leave our luggage to introduce the room, it is really a cozy place, and always says this is a good place to stay! The location was a little confusing at first, but you can find it just by walking by google!Thanks for such a great stay, thanks boss!

We had a great time in this place, the host is really nice and available to help find a supermarket or even a place to eat. In addition, the accommodation gives a superb view of a river and the noise is pleasant in this very quiet place. We recommend it! ☺️🙏🏻

We had a very good stay at Emy Kerobokan! It’s located in a peaceful and quiet part of Canggu, and is a nice break from the busyness. Emy was also very accommodating and helpful whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay again :)

We had a great time here. The place has a very cool design and the views are spectacular. We stayed here at the very end of our 3 weeks in Thailand and it was essentially our last stop so we were looking for a a slower, more quiet stay. We also stayed there for New Year which was cool. we could see fireworks from far away on Koh Phangan and very close from local resorts. it was a very unique experience. Here are a few things I would highlight: 1. The location is beautiful and quiet. its overlooking a small, mostly empty beach that's easy to get to. It's was the emptiest beach we saw on Koh Samui, everywhere was full of people 2. it's about 20 minute drive from fisherman's village which is the closest hotspot. but there are a couple small restaurants within walking distance and that's mostly what we used for dinner. 3. the hosts have a great network of activity providers so you can get help with anything you would typically get from a hotel: yoga, excursions, massage, rides,etc.

My family and I enjoyed our overnight stay. The place is very home-y and clean. It is a good place to recharge since the surrounding is very peaceful. Thank you.

Very well designed and laid out place. We stayed here during a typhoon and it was a nice place to spend the time and there was plenty of space to exercise and keep active. We were also able to cook all our meals. Very nice lighting and atmosphere!

The flat is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay. While there are four flights of stairs to reach it, they’re good exercise! Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but my parents (in their 70s) managed just fine. Khun Teerajit, the host, is extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring that any needs are quickly taken care of. The location is good—right next to the BTS, making it easy to get around, and situated on an authentic Bangkok street. I highly recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy some of the best Thai street food in the area. Would stay again!

This was our second stay.The house is fully equipped, simple and clean, and the overall feeling is very comfortable.Both times the homeowner prepared some small meals and drinks for us and was very welcoming and courteous.Go to Nagase Island, international street, and the airport is not far away.Super recommend people to stay here👍🏻👍🏻

Great view, great stay!

The building is quiet, elegant and I would say, one of the best on Soi 24 from an architectural standpoint. I stayed in the host's flat - 5 weeks in all, in January and March. For those desiring a location right in the thick of things in Sukhumvit, this is the place to be. It is more on the upscale side of the area, albeit busy and lively. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the BTS Skytrain station, Phrom Phong, which gives access to the rest of Bangkok and MRT stations for very reasonable prices. If you are more daring, you can grab a nearby motorcycle taxi stand. Elegant shopping malls abound as well and many within walking distance too. The host is very responsive to messages and to address any problems. For instance, I somehow lost my key one day. The host contacted the bldg staff and within 10 minutes, I was back in the flat. A new key was delivered the following morning by his caretaker. All in all, a five star review is well deserved.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Nyoman was very friendly and helped us a lot with organizing transport to the city, renting motorbikes, and arranging massages and dinners. The place is incredible — right in the middle of nature. It’s very quiet and private. We especially enjoyed visiting Soka Beach, which is nearby. We were the only ones there, and the black sand with the ocean made it a unique experience. Please note that the villa is quite far from major tourist spots, so if you’re planning to visit those frequently, this may not be the right place for you. But if you’re looking for a peaceful beach vacation surrounded by nature, this villa is the perfect choice. Thank you for everything Nyoman🙏🏻
