Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South East Asia

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. We traveled as a group of five with two young kids (four and six year old). The house was gorgeous - even better than the photos! There was plenty to keep them entertained and it was close to the beaches and restaurants. We all had amazing sleep in the peaceful neighbourhood and comfortable bedrooms. And our host Erika was so hospitable and warm. Highly recommend staying here!

This villa was perfect for our stay in Ubud! Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. The private pool was a godsend on hot Ubud days. Kadek was a really helpful, friendly host: he arranged early check-in for us, transported our suitcase to the villa and sorted a scooter rental for our stay. He also provided super useful extras like plenty of insect repellant and emergency phone numbers. The villa is just off a strip of restaurants, so food is never far away, and it’s only a half an hour walk to central Ubud. We’d happily recommend this place to any couple!

From booking until departure it was perfect! Alice welcomed me as I arrived and we went out to have lunch, had a little walk around in the neighborhood and told us about the region, taught us how to pray and behave in the temples…it was amazing 🤩 Cleaning is done once a week, so don’t expect it to be like a hotel but they clean thoroughly! Everything you need is within reach, the balcony offers enough privacy, the people are always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a relaxed stay in Bangkok where you can really experience the local culture: this is it!

The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

Unser Aufenthalt im Bungalove war super. Die Aussicht ist einfach nur traumhaft, sowie die Natur um das Bungalow herum. Die Kommunikation zwischen uns und Franzi lief auch reibungslos ab. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen, freundlich und proaktiv. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall einen Roller zu mieten, da der Weg zum AirBnB sehr steil und eng ist. Wir hatten insgesamt einen super Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

보기보다 훨씬 나은 숙소입니다 다 처음엔 다른 사용자들의 후기가 좋은게 의문이었는데 지내고 보니 그럴만 한 것 같습니다 다 친절한 매니저와 적극적으로 소통하고 빠른 응답이 좋았습니다 다 아침식사와 바베큐 모두 이용한 입장에서 양이 굉장히 많습니다 다 맛있는 음식과 깔끔한 시설 픽업과 드랍도 잘 안내되어 편리하게 이용했습니다

Great place and staff. I had a great stay. The location is in a really nice area but is a little far from public transit and shops.

Luke was very responsive when we needed help in a very welcoming manner. The place has a beautiful view !!

Wonderful place to be. Nice beach, deep water, and in the end of April very peaceful. Great restaurants close by and perfect located to explore the island. Krissy was absolutely friendly and helpful with great tips! Would love to come back!♥️

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything you need and more.. The view alone makes me want to return. Right across from the gardens and a bus to take you to the Aquarium... OH MY!!! Can't say enough about this beautiful apartment!!! We love the accommodations and the location! I highly Recommend these accommodations! you won't be disappointed...

El alojamiento de Paula más allá de las vistas espectaculares y atardeceres de ensueño que cambian según la hora del día, es sencillamente increíble!🤩 A destacar: cuenta con generador de luz, al menos en la época en que visité el alojamiento se iba mucho la luz pero realmente nunca fue un problema durante nuestra estadía🌴🐚 Tuvimos abundancia de todo: café, bata, toallas para el cuerpo, toallas de cocina, toallas de piscina, todo absolutamente pensando para tu comodidad, es un poco alejado de la zona central pero puedes ordenar comida, moverte en moto, no es realmente un problema y la privacidad y exclusividad valen 100% la pena🙌🏻. El estudio está totalmente equipado, buena cafetera, vajilla, utensilios, con luces cálidas que hacen las noches fantásticas, el equipo nos recibió con el A/C a temperatura lo cual se valora con el calor de la isla, los parlantes de sonido en la terraza son maravillosos, hacen las tardes de ensueño😊 ¡Recomendado! Excellent overall host and location!

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

I had a fantastic and smooth stay at Mrs. Aroma’s place! She is an exceptionally kind and attentive host, always ready to help and quick to respond. The apartment was immaculate, well cared for, and matched the photos perfectly. What I appreciated most was the excellent location — just a short walk to the restaurants, the beach, and the night market. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for your warm hospitality. I would highly recommend her place to friends and would love to return in the future!

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

Place has a nice mountain view, that’s the selling point.

She is always responsive and the house is clean and comfortable. I had a great time this time too.
