River’s place was convenient, with easy access to historic landmarks and the high speed rail station. River was very flexible and let us advance our stay by one day without any hassles. Bonus great views of the city, snacks, water, toiletries, towels. Totally recommend!

Nga und Frank sind unglaublich liebe Gastgeber! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es sogar frisches Obst aus ihrem eigenen Garten – so aufmerksam! Sie haben uns am Pier abgeholt und unser Gepäck bis zum Apartment gebracht. Für unseren Aufenthalt durften wir sogar Ngas Roller nutzen, was den Weg zur Unterkunft super unkompliziert gemacht hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – mit vielen liebevollen Details, die eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schaffen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft – der perfekte Ort, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir Urlaub auf Koh Phayam machen! Clean and comfy room, all amenities work well, tucked away in a tiny lane but quite close to the main road, the building is in the middle of a street market (not noisy) lots of good restaurants nearby and some excellent coffee also! Nutcha was clear in all her communication, easy to reach for any queries and this helped us have a great experience.

The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere! The room is spotless and gorgeous views of the streets below! Pillows on the bed are fantastic and we’ll definitely be staying here again when we return. Host was responsive and did their best to accommodate an early check in as we arrived early! A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Helen was a most accommodating host. From the point of my first enquiry she was on the ball and on point, ready and willing to answer my questions as well as volunteer unsolicited information such as where to eat and shop in the local area. Her directions to the building and to access the apartment where clear and precise. The apartment itself is very conveniently located to the Kennedy Town MTR (about a 3 minute walk) and delightfully welcoming: clean, bright and cosy with a funky access to the kitchen and roof-top chilling area. Amazing views overlooking the harbour towards Discovery Bay on Lantau Island to the west and the Kwai Chung/Cheung Sha Wan area of Kowloon to the north east. Being a slightly taller person (6'+) the bed is ideal for someone of more average height who would find it a great place to spend a restful night's sleep. That observation is not a criticism, just hopefully a snippet of useful information. Overall excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Wir haben uns hier sofort Zuhause gefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und reibungslos. Nach dem Check-out durften wir auch noch unser Gepäck abstellen. Auch die Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung zu waschen, war super praktisch! Wir würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen! Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für ein paar Tage in der Stadt und ist gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig in der Seitenstraße. Danke für alles!!!

Ho trascorso 4 giorni splendidi a UBUD e Tria e il suo staff sono stati adorabili! L’alloggio è delizioso e ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno in relax e tranquillità. Comodo per spostarsi a piedi, anche se non si arriva con l’auto ma lo staff offre supporto per i bagagli e per qualsiasi necessità!

Absolute top spot location perfect bath with a view utilised it everyday. Clean and tidy even managed to cook a meal. They were so helpful with providing some chairs for the balcony lovely to sit there in the morning and watch the lake and enjoy a coffee from the many shops around. Handy to the most amazing street food and mini mart up the alley. Bed not quite big enough as my husband is rather tall. Wud recommend to friends and family.

The room was clean and the best place of Da Nang like in description beach front.

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

Le logement était très bien, il correspondait parfaitement aux descriptions de l’annonce et à mes attentes. La localisation est très bonne avec des restaurants et autres tout autour. Je recommande fortement!

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

Had a 3 day city break staying at Anh’s place and it’s every bit as stylish and charming as the photos suggest. I would like to thank her for the fantastic communication and especially for the list of recommendations that she sent over on arrival, such as the great coffee shop next door and the fabulously atmospheric hidden restaurant. Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!
