Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Dublin

We loved our stay at Danielle’s cozy cottage. It’s centrally located to most of the obvious places to visit (don’t miss Phoenix Park!), and both buses and the tram are nearby. Easy check-in, friendly and responsive host, great apartment with everything you need and more. What’s not to like?

We had a great stay at Ciaran’s place! The house is large and spacious with everything our family needed. The area was walkable and family friendly, yet convenient to everything in Dublin. We highly recommend this place!

When we arrived, we were very pleased by the house although we had already seen the pictures provided. The property is in a great location for accessing all the major attractions within Dublin. Most of which are in walking distance. We found the house very cozy, especially on an evening after a long day exploring what Dublin had to offer. We would 100% recommend this accommodation if anyone is considering stopping in Dublin.

Donal really went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. He was so helpful he even gave us a ride from the airport, super unexpected and so so helpful. The place was perfect for a group of four traveling into Dublin every day. A bit of a public transit, but with tons of recs, tips and check-ins Donal made it well worth the stay. Great host, great experience!!

My mom, husband, and I really enjoyed our stay at Susan’s home! We were looking for a private place close to our family’s home in Terenure and this was perfect. The home was extremely clean and as described in the listing. We were treated to an entire basket and fridge full of our favorite Irish foods upon check-in, which was extremely generous and plenty to get us started for the week! The water pressure/temperature in the downstairs shower was a bit finicky and we struggled to keep the water in the upstairs shower hot for more than a few minutes. However, water pressure and temperature always seem to be tricky in this area of Dublin in our experience. Definitely recommend Susan’s place and would definitely book again!

Anne’s place was warm, cozy, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We stayed for a couple of nights and felt completely comfortable throughout. The thoughtful touches—like the lanterns and the goodies left for guests—made it extra special. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful property, in a great location. Although the house is on a busy road, the moment you are in the house, all you can hear is the birds singing. Ciaran was quick to respond when we had queries. This was our first trip away with our baby so we opted for the travel cot, and it was in great condition and spotless, we brought our own (baby) bedding, although some was kindly provided. The beds were extremely comfortable. We just really felt at home in this Airbnb and would certainly stay again. Thanks for having us!

This place is out in the beautiful, quiet countryside. The family was great to work with! From check in to check out, we felt like we were staying with close friends. Their dog and cat even greeted us several times when we stepped outside. BOOK THIS PLACE! The road may be narrow, but it's very worth making the effort.

Lovely, homely central apartment. Everywhere we went was in walking distance, some lovely little pubs nearby. Loved being able to cook breakfast in the apartment as saved us some money. Patrick was very responsive to messages and was extremely flexible with our check in times, we managed to go straight there from our early flight which was amazing when we all were tired and needed a nap. Again late check out which meant we didn’t have to rush and could enjoy our last day without having to carry heavy bags. Patrick responded quickly to messages and answered the phone as soon as I rung him when we couldn’t find the lock box. (He did send us instructions before but we were tired and found it tricky). Over all a great stay in Dublin! Thank you

Perfect location, nice apartment with a balcony and a garden view, parking on premises and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, provided us with a travel recommendations and was trying to do his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this place 🤗

The location was convenient for walking to the Temple Bar area. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Maybe a bit confusing to find your way in but it quickly becomes easy to find.

Great location, slept three comfortably though the one “bedroom” is the common space. Clean. Elise was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time at Elise’s place.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen. Es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Angenehm war auch, dass es zwei Bäder gibt. Brendan hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alles versucht, unsere Wünsche zum Check-In möglich zu machen. Mit Bus Linie 16 gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt und sogar ohne Umsteigen zum Flughafen. Wir waren überall mit der Leap visitor card.

Absolutely amazing location and extremely comfy bed!

I highly recommend staying at Aisling’s place. It was clean and easy to get to, in an ideal location. Aisling was helpful and flexible. Bus stop across the way meant it was easy access to anywhere you need to go! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Firstly, Joan as a host is very friendly, welcome and kind. She was very responsive to my questions and helpful. Previous negative review about Joan and her place couldn’t be further from the truth as Joan couldn’t have done more for us. We arrived around 6:30pm during winter and she’d already put our heating on in both rooms and turned on the heated blanket on the bed which was an absolute treat after coming in from the cold day of travelling. Regarding the temperature, yes it was cold but it’s Ireland in winter so it was to be expected, but Joan has installed really powerful heaters that got it cosy in no time. The place has been renovated since the photographs, it has been decorated in a beautiful funky retro style but still included modern equipment such as an air fryer and electric hob. As for the location, Joan’s place is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from a supermarket which supplied everything we needed for our trip. There is also lots of public transport links nearby. 5/5

We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for the three of us visiting Dublin for the first time. The place was in the perfect location, close enough to walk or take public transportation to popular destinations but still quiet and peaceful. We would recommend staying here while exploring Dublin. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay!

Lovely place! Everything was as described. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Neighborhood felt quiet and very safe. I only wish it was closer to the city centre as driving was a bit nerve-wracking! John was a very responsive host who was accommodating. Would definitely recommend satyomg here!

We found this spacious home to be a comfortable way to stay in Dublin. The location is slightly outside the dense parts of the city, which works out to be a positive aspect! Access to all of the key areas was easily achieved by car and the value was much better than what we found in the other areas.

Great place in a quieter part of Dublin but still convenient to all the main sights. A few great restaurants and Cobblestone Bar has great Irish music just a couple blocks away.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ailbhe's beautiful apartment and felt at home right away. Ailbhe made us feel welcome and helped us out whenever we had a question or problem. Although not too far away from the city centre, the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Whenever we come back to Dublin, we hope to get the chance to stay at Ailbhe's wonderful apartment again. We can only highly recommend it for your next stay in Dublin! 😊

Spacious, clean and private apartment with two balconies overlooking trees and the canal. Well equipped kitchen and crisp bed and bath linens made for convenience and comfort. Many shops in the area. We appreciated John’s quick responses to questions. All in all a lovely stay.
