Family-friendly holiday rentals in South District

We are very satisfied with the stay, regardless of the cleanliness of the room and the environment are all 5 stars, there are many good food near the house, only 3 minutes walk from the MRT station, there is a large shopping mall, a relaxing park nearby, and the host is more conscientious, friendly, hospitable, polite, recommending friends from different countries to stay. Highly recommend this housing, which I gave all areas for 5 stars. There are full of restaurants, park, museum. High accessibility with only 3 minutes walk to MRT station. More importantly, the house owner is responsible and hospitable, and I am quite sure you would have a great experience if you choose the housing from this house owner!

Very kind and friendly service, thoughtful first to help guests with iced water, there is also a little sweet lemonade to enjoy, the little ones loved it, the accommodation was also clean, and there was a common space to have a meal and chat, it was perfect for friends or family to go out, I hope to have a chance to visit again in the future, thank you!

The owner is warm and kind, there is everything in the homestay, don't need to prepare anything, it is very suitable for family friends to come to the house, there is a toilet in each room is very convenient, the kitchen equipment is also a lot, I like Mahjong table is electric, in summary, it is a great stay experience, I recommend everyone to come!

It must be said that the listing itself looks much better than the photos ~😆 The host is warm and welcoming!There is a steep part of the road full of hosts who will take us through the familiarity of the road, will also introduce his collection and seed crafts as well as getting to know the surroundings and plants to get to know more! Kitchen supplies are complete and easy to cook.There is also plenty of outdoor space, lots of balcony decks to sit and watch the scenery! Perfect for family and friends to rent a house together!

Great place to stay, provides breakfast. About 20-30 minutes driving to sun moon lake. Provides coffee. Be sure to be able to walk stairs. Some steps are large. Many hello kitty decorations. 3 toilets, 2 showers. Nice linens and bedding.

The accommodation is small and beautiful, and overall cozy for everyone to gather together, love the warm feeling.

Was a lovely weekend getaway

We had a great stay in Lori's place. The room is cosy and beautifully decorated, and the view is absolutely stunning! The room was spotlessly clean on our arrival, and the kitchen has basic utensils for a few days' stay. The accommodation is located in a good area for easy exploration of Taichung city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There was smell of cigarette smoke every now and then which was a bit disturbing. It must have been coming through the ventilation from another room, but of course that doesn't depend on the host.

Everything matches the pictures. The explanation is clear, so the check-in process is very easy. If you arrive a little earlier, we also provide a space to rest. Washing machines and dryers are also available there. There are also department stores nearby, and there are many natural history museums and decent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I didn't have any inconvenience during my stay. I totally recommend it.

Second stay here and did not disappoint. Location is great, convenient, and lots to do. The space itself is very clean and Chillax is a great host!

It is already the third time to rent Kumao's house, the design of this house is still as always thoughtful and practical, every detail is taken care of, clean and comfortable, and the view is open, the night view is beautiful, and the sofa can also enjoy the sunset ~ There is everything around the house, the bus stop is just downstairs, and the bus is relatively close here, it is easy to go everywhere ~ Kumao is really kind and hospitable, very quick to respond, really thank you so much ~ It is the old age, the price is a little expensive, but this is normal, and it is most important to stay comfortably, and I will choose Kumao's house next time ~ As a reminder, if you leave at checkout time, reserve more time, or stagger the time, because the elevator has to wait a few times before you can get in ~

R&E was brilliant. Close to essentials like 7-11 and PX Mart, and surrounded by some very cool restaurants, clothing stores, attractions and scenery. Nice to walk along Calligraphy Greenway to the museums. The apartment was spacious and secure with very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommended for a cool stay in Taichung!
