Holiday rentals with beach access in South-Coastal São Paulo

What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as incredible as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

The house is even better than in the photos, everything was very clean and fragrant. I went as a couple and mentioned that I would like to have a special dinner, he left everything organized and even asked if I would need any special utensils... Ps: the house does not have a garage for a car, but it does have a garage for a motorcycle. I usually travel by motorcycle, so I suggest adding this information to the description.

Awesome place! Clean house, a whim, and it has EVERYTHING anyone might need. It was my wife, myself and our two dogs, Carlos welcomed us very well and always responded quickly, we had flexible check-in. The house is well located, on a paved street, the distance by car to the beach near the round building/downtown/playground is about 13 minutes, and 25 minutes to Guaraú beach, there is a market nearby. The stay was great, there certainly wouldn't be a better place in Peruíbe, we intend to return.

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

The father who lives next to the house does the check-in and check-out and is a very friendly man! The house was exactly as described. We had 3 dogs with us that we could leave free in the garden because it is well enclosed. The beach is very close and there are nice bars.

I have nothing to complain about, Humberto was extremely helpful, the house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures, all very well cared for and clean.

The house is simply amazing, super clean, organized, comes complete, total comfort for us, we went in five people, super quiet, the access to the beach is easy, the average of 15 min walking straight on the avenue. Quiet beach, at night an incredible view, we took a lot of time, the doubts we had communicated to Demétrio, and he responded quickly, we will return with certainty.

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The stay in Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment.
