It exceeded my expectations, it was more than I expected, a very clean, fragrant, well-decorated place, perfect view both in the living room and in the bedrooms, very quiet. The sound of the sea, the birds, the crickets. Tranquility and beauty define. Apartment equipped with everything we need, we don't miss anything, on the contrary. It was what we needed to rest very well. Communication with Murilo is great, he is helpful, available, gives good tips for our stay and clear instructions on how the condominium works. We were delighted and intend to return

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The tasteful decoration and attention to detail made the experience even more comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the spectacular view of the beach - waking up to that view was unforgettable! The host was attentive and helpful from start to finish, making everything even easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to relax and enjoy in comfort. To watch the sunrise was the high point of being in this apartment! Henrique was super gentle and I spent beautiful days on the beach with my mother :)

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I can't describe how wonderful it was to stay here! Vinícius was absurdly welcoming and attentive, answered all our questions and proved to be an excellent host. The house is even better than in the photos, everything was very clean and fragrant. I went as a couple and mentioned that I would like to have a special dinner, he left everything organized and even asked if I would need any special utensils... It may seem silly, but I found this gesture extremely kind! Thank you so much, Vinícius, for making this moment so unforgettable for us! Ps: the house does not have a garage for a car, but it does have a garage for a motorcycle. I usually travel by motorcycle, so I suggest adding this information to the description.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The stay in Roseli's apartment was sensational. Impeccable, organized and exactly as advertised, in addition to having everything we needed - kitchen items, living room, comfortable bedroom and a very calm environment.
