Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Cambridgeshire District

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Lots of entertaining rooms downstairs and beautiful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large family gatherings. Perfect for all ages. Thank you

WHAT A PLACE! Stunning location and being on the water was amazing. The property was very well equipped and deceptively big. Having a bbq by the water made it really feel like we were on holiday (despite the typical British weather). We know Isleham well and it’s a great location to access lots of things going on and the village pubs have amazing food. We’ll definitely be repeat customers of this place and look forward to doing some more fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking and bbq’s when we come back 🥳

Really enjoyed our stay at Cherie's house. We couldn't fault the cleaning and everything was in very good condition (although the shower was a little bit temperamental but ultimately worked). Great kitchen. It's big plus is the location in relation to Cambridge centre. You can walk to the end of the road, cross a bridge and then it's 2 lovely parks to the city centre. Cherie was responsive and helpful. We visited on a nice weekend in May but I'd say the bedrooms are quite warm. Thank you, Cherie. We'd definitely come back.

We stayed here as we had our sons wedding a couple of miniutes up the road . It was the perfect location with amazing views and so peaceful . What a lovely Welcome from our hosts ! Nick explained the lay out etc when we got there As soon as we had unpacked our 17 year old was in the already toasty hot tub . Hannah saved the day on the Saturday with a steamer for the wedding shirts ! Thank you for that 🙂 We had a beautiful stay and are looking forward to a wintery peaceful break there in November . We (family of 4) had a lovely stay in Sara's house. The house is in a lovely location, with a gorgeous view. Sara was very helpful throughout, in particular helping us with bits and pieces for our baby.

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Cosy twin room, with ensuite, and compact kitchen. Everything was as described and suited us perfectly when visiting friends. Clear communication, and easy to access on arrival.

Had a lovely stay, the flat was clean and the tennis table was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again !!

Had the most amazing stay with Paul who was amazing from start to finish, was very attentive, went the extra mile with every little detail from muffins, fresh croissants, fresh juices and beverages, highest quality hand gel, shampoo etc. even had a love heart in rose petals on the bed this has definitely been my best experience through air bnb and would be back again, would highly recommend. John was very responsive and helpful- he kindly supplied BBQ equipment for our stay so that we could enjoy the patio area. There is a booklet John has put together with details of local history and recommendations. A few thoughtful drinks and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived and John was very clear in his instructions on accessing the property, so that went smoothly. Sadly we weren't around when John knocked to introduce himself, but the whole weekend was very enjoyable and peaceful. Would recommend. Very clean and homely.

Sam was a lovely host , place was a tad difficult to find due to a road closure , but Sam was responsive over the phone and helped sort us now with no issues . Cabin was lovely , forest retreat it is ! Lovely and quiet . And her dogs were lovely . Overall a lovely experience , thank you 😊

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! A wonderfully cosy place where we were able to truly unwind. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful sounds of birds and nature. The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was an absolute treat – a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and felt right at home.

An absolutely delightful Airbnb - a cabin in a lovely garden behind the owners' thatched cottage - quiet and secluded, and in a pretty village. The interior, of one large room en suite, is well laid out and tastefully decorated and furnished. Fresh flowers, and homemade flapjacks and elderflower cordial on arrival, were a nice touch. My wife and I are unfamiliar with Essex and were pleasantly surprised by the villages and surrounding countryside. We regret not staying longer to see more of the county. Next time perhaps!

Just back from a one night stay at the cabin. We were met by Daniel who was friendly welcoming. The cabin is in the garden tucked away. More specious than it appears on the photos. It was clean and tidy. Nice decor, bedding and towels. Tea, sugar and coffee pods provided. We took our own coffee and milk. We had visited Hatfield house so chose here as close. Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful inside and out. We ate at The Crooked Chimney pub just 5 mins away. Food was delicious. Slept very well as it was so peaceful at the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay here and Daniel was a good host, thank you.

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this secret garden as Helen describes it! It's so unusual and peaceful 😌 Helen was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home! Would most definitely stay here again
